Failings of Obama Administration

Apologizing for America
The First few months in office President Obama devoted a lot of his time to making speeches overseas downgrading America and belittling the many who have died defending not only our freedom , but the freedom of their country. The American public has grown weary of photos of Obama bowing to foreign leaders.

Weakness on the War on Terror
The Obama administration refused to recognize the War on Terror. His Homeland Security Chief called it a "man made disaster," I think she called it that so she could point back at the previous 8 years and say "They" caused it.
Obama has continued to say he is closing Guitmo, hadn't happened yet but, he is hell bent on doing it no matter what it cost, in dollars or danger to the country.
It has been a slap in the face of the constitution, by his decision to try in Civil Court the mastermind of 9-11 in NYC, degrading the citizens of NYC at a cost of over $200 Million per year at a time when he has to borrow the money to do it.

The Underwear Bomber
Fox News has confirmed that local FBI agents interviewed the suspect for about 50 minutes after he was taken to the University of Michigan Medical Center. One official said he spoke freely during this period and claimed to be a trained recruit for Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
After that, he went into surgery. He was then advised of his right to remain silent, and he subsequently obtained a lawyer.

Weakness on International Foreign Policy
The President began with a whirlwind grovel-fest, apologizing to the world in general, and in particular the Muslim world, for our supposed misdeeds (no mention of the three times we have gone to war – in Kuwait, Bosnia, and Iraq – to liberate oppressed Muslim populations).
In Europe, Obama reneged on a deal hard-won by the Bush administration to build missile defenses in Eastern Europe, a deal in which the Poles and the Czechs had shown considerable moxie in standing up to their Russian neighbor. This back down, despite administration denials, was clearly an effort to get the Russians to sign on to our Iran policy. It’s evident that the Russians are not going to support anything this administration wants to do with Iran. In fact the Russians are dealing with IRAN on a missile defense system to protect themselves. Oh Yes The Russians really love you Mr. President. Oh Yes and don't forget the deal Secretary of State Clinton made with Russia that says they can come count all of our nuclear war heads , but there is no reciprocal agreement we can count theirs!

In South America, Obama led off by glad-handing with Hugo Chavez while continuing to refuse to sign off on a trade deal with Columbia, one our strongest allies. When the legislature and supreme court of Honduras ousted president and Chavez wannabe Manuel Zelaya from office for defying the constitution, the administration called the perfectly legal ouster a “coup” and threatened not to recognize the Honduran election results unless Zelaya was reinstated. Honduras stuck it out, Zelaya remains ousted, and Honduras has a new, legally elected president, no thanks to us.

Gordon Brown, was treated shabbily on his visit, and the bust of Winston Churchill that had graced the Oval Office – on loan from Britain - was returned. So much for the “special relationship” with one of our strongest European friends. Oh Yes, and the Presidents present to the Queen was I-Pod with "his" speeches on it!

The administration’s new attitude of deference and its signals of irresolution have had few positive results. The Iranian regime has hunkered down and refuse to sit at the table and talk nuclear.
2009 November - Iran refuses to accept the international proposal to end the dispute over its nuclear program. UN nuclear watchdog IAEA passes a resolution condemning Iran for developing a second uranium enrichment site in secret.
Iran denounces the move as "political" and announces plans to create 10 more uranium enrichment facilities.
Mr President this is equivalent of taking your platform away from you and making you look silly in the eyes of the world.

North Koreans seem not even to know we are here. And the administration’s refusal to update our nuclear arsenal, part and parcel of its screwed-up visions of disarmament, has got our allies wondering about the reliability of the U.S. nuclear umbrella. Japan, notably, may consider developing its own nukes in the face of the threat from China and North Korea.

The only decision made that was right was the increase in troops in Afghanistan, although it took months.

Weakness on the Economy
After passing a $700 Billion stimulus to keep unemployment under 8% we are hovering at 10%, with unemployment rate at 10% and the real rate is more like 18-20% because of the people who have given up after a year.
It's about the economy silly JOBS JOBS JOBS.....
We probably will not hear anything about tax breaks for business' tax cuts.
Historically when you cut Government spending, cut taxes, offer business incentives for investments, in equipment and people, the revenue to the government increases and the deficit decreases, a win win for everyone.

2008 were over 3 Million
2009 were over 3.9 Million
Forecast for 2010 is scary with 14% of Americans are behind on their payments.
with unemployment rate at 10% and the real rate is more like 18-20% because of the people who have given up after a year. 2010 will be another record breaking year.

2010 1.7 Million Forecast

Wasting the resources the government has trying to pass a Health Care Bill that will not reduce cost. When Sixty-one percent (61%) say Congress should drop health care reform and focus on more immediate ways to improve the economy and create jobs.

Where was C-Span during your transparent attempt to pass health care legislation?
The last time I checked we have 2 parties in this legislative system Democrat and Republican. Why were there no Republicans ever invited to your close door meetings on Health Care?

Bloomberg reported:

'U.S. investors overwhelmingly see President Barack Obama as anti-business and question his ability to manage a financial crisis, according to a Bloomberg survey.

The global quarterly poll of investors and analysts who are Bloomberg subscribers finds that 77 percent of U.S. respondents believe Obama is too anti-business and four-out-of-five are only somewhat confident or not confident of his ability to handle a financial emergency.

The poll also finds a decline in Obama’s overall favor-ability rating one year after taking office. He is viewed favorably by 27 percent of U.S. investors. In an October poll, 32 percent in the U.S. held a positive impression.

Totally ignoring and failing to listen to the will of the American people.

Rep. Marion Berry, D-Ark.said. “They just kept telling us how good it(talking about health care) was going to be. The president himself, when that was brought up in one group, said, ‘Well, the big difference here and in ’94 was you’ve got me.’

The Problem is he is so arrogant he thinks he is doing a good job!

The only thing that will save America through all this is the resolve of the American people!
