Check this out . I can verify this because I was in Lowes the other day for some reason and just for the heck of it I was looking at the hose attachments . They were all made in China . The next day I was in Ace Hardware and just for the heck of it I checked the hose
attachments there. They were made in USA . Start looking ...
In our current economic situation, every little thing we buy or do affects someone else - even their job . So, after reading this email, I think this lady is on the right track . Let's get behind her!
My grandson likes Hershey's candy . I noticed, though, that it is marked made in Mexico now.. I do not buy it any more.
My favorite toothpaste Colgate is made in Mexico ... now I have switched to Crest.. You have to read the labels on everything ..
This past weekend I was at Kroger. I needed 60 W light bulbs and Bounce dryer sheets . I was in the light bulb aisle, and right next to the GE brand I normally buy was an off-brand labeled, "Everyday Value . " I picked up both types of bulbs and compared the stats -
they were the same except for the price .. The GE bulbs were more money than the Everyday Value brand but the thing that surprised me the most was the fact that GE was made in MEXICO and the Everyday Value brand was made in - get ready for this - the USA in
a company in Cleveland , Ohio .
So throw out the myth that you cannot find products you use every day that are made right here ..
So on to another aisle - Bounce Dryer Sheets . .. . yep, you guessed it, Bounce cost more money and is made in Canada . The Everyday Value brand was less money and MADE IN THE USA ! I did laundry yesterday and the dryer sheets performed just like the Bounce Free I have been using
for years and at almost half the price!
My challenge to you is to start reading the labels when you shop for everyday things and see what you can find that is made in the USA - the job you save may be your own or your neighbors!

Ground Hog Day - More Politcal Correctness Gone Crazy
According to legend, if Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow, six more weeks of winter weather will follow. If he doesn't, expect an early spring. But PETA has had enough of the tradition that dates back to 1886, and believes robotic technology could be the solution.
"If Punxsutawney frees Phil, then the bitter winter that's made him into an unwilling media attraction will end, making way for a sunny spring that everyone can enjoy," PETA writes in a post on its PETA Files blog.
In a letter written to the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club and posted on PETA's Web site, animal specialist Gemma Vaughan notes that groundhogs are normally shy animals that "become stressed" when exposed to too much hubbub.
"Tradition is no excuse for cruelty, and this opportunity would allow Punxsutawney to engage in a futuristic, interactive, versatile, and humane annual event," she writes.

Let's see, it's in the dead of winter, people have been coupe up for a month since Christmas. Snow is on the ground, they want to get together and have a little mid-winter fun: attending a craft show, a dance, an ice carving, a picnic, a concert, an art show, a scavenger hunt, a breakfast, and a beer party.
This has been celebrated long before the USA was a nation. This dates back to the Roman Empire. It was a tradition in Europe, known as Candelmas Day, an animal, the hedgehog, would cast a shadow, thus predicting six more weeks of bad weather, which they interpolated as the length of the "Second Winter." .
Pennsylvania's earliest settlers were Germans and they found groundhogs in many parts of the state. They determined that the groundhog, resembling the European hedgehog, was a most intelligent and sensible animal and therefore decided that if the sun did appear on February 2nd, so wise an animal as the groundhog would see its shadow and hurry back into its underground home for another six weeks of winter.
It was started in the US in Punxsutawney, PA in 1836.
So let's ask Punxsutawney Phil:
Phil your the most Photographed Pennsylvanian, Prognosticator of Prognosticators, Weather Predictor Extraordinaire, a National Treasure, the most cared for Ground Hog in the World, getting food and water and that special the elixir of life, which gets you 7 more years of life. President Obama’s friends call him the smartest man ever to occupy the White House (a dubious claim in light of the fact that John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, John Quincy Adams, Abraham Lincoln and Woodrow Wilson all had better intellectual credentials or were far superior writers, or both).
According to his supporters, his command of the English language is supposedly unparalleled (when using a teleprompter, presumably).
There’s only one problem: Obama is addicted to utilizing language that he has carefully tailored or perverted to obfuscate the truth. In other words, he uses double talk on a routine basis.
In order to understand what Obama truly tells us when he speaks to us, it is necessary to grab our Little Orphan Annie Decoder Ring and decipher precisely what he means when he uses his pet phrases. This, then, is a list of his favorite linguistic flourishes—and just what he means when he uses them:
“Hope and change”: Socialism at home, surrender abroad. Obama uses this talismanic formula when he wants to activate his base, which responds to it like a jukebox when you drop in a nickel.
“False choice”: A very real choice Obama wants to pretend doesn’t exist. He uses this when he puts on his “pragmatic administrator” mask. Instead of facing up to the reality that we sometimes have to choose between scientific advances and morality, or between civil liberties and national security, or between environmental regulations and economic development, Obama pretends he can solve these conflicts through some sort of Hegelian synthesis only he is wise enough to comprehend.
“Deficit reduction”: Deficit increases. Obama suggests that he will cut the rate at which the deficit is growing—something he has never actually achieved—and acts as though this is actual deficit reduction. It’s the equivalent of a woman spending $2,000 on her credit card, then informing her credit card company that though she won’t pay off her debt, she’ll only spend $1,500 next month.
“Let me be clear”: Let me lie to you.
“Make no mistake”: See “let me be clear.”
“Unprecedented”: When he’s doing something beneficial for the American people, Obama claims he is the first to ever think of it; when he’s doing something harmful, he seems to always find a precedent for it in FDR or LBJ.
“This isn’t about me”: This is completely about me.
“Hitting the reset button”: Refusing to learn from the mistakes of the past and acting as though a fresh start requires utter naivete.
“Reaching out to the other side of the aisle”: Totally rejecting all ideas from anyone outside the Obama-approved bubble. Then suggesting that subsequent political impasses are their fault, and that they ought to bend down and grab their ankles to establish a new tone in Washington.
“Failed policies of the past”: Don’t blame me! Blame Bush!
“Teachable moment”: I screwed something up, now I’ll brag about it.
“Tax cut”: Redistribution of money from those who pay a disproportionate amount of taxes to those who pay none.
“Transparency”: Deliberate opaqueness, hiding crucial facts from the American public.
“Accountability”: Don’t worry, I’ll fire someone.
“Stimulus”: Payoffs to friends.
“Shovel-ready jobs”: Jobs that no one wants and that last for two months.
“Green jobs”: Imaginary jobs.
“Saved or created”: Old Obama language used to futz the numbers on jobs.
“Recovery”: Continued economic stagnation.
“Jobs funded”: Jobs Obama will take credit for, even though he has done nothing to either save or create.
“It won’t happen overnight”: It will never happen.
“Progress”: Redistribution.
“Cynics”: Anyone who doesn’t believe in the Obama radical agenda. Obama uses this word to disparage his critics as angry and lacking in basic qualities of human kindness.
Watch for these phrases while marveling at Obama’s supposed rhetorical brilliance. They shouldn’t be taken at face value, because Obama isn’t a master of pure artistry of the English language—he’s a master at manipulation above all.

What was missing in the State of the Union?
Remember in the movie "Top Gun" when Tom Cruise was explaining how he and his co- pilot had exchanged communication with a Russian MiG over International waters and Val Kilmer acted like he was coughing and said "B_ _ L S _ _ T!"
Well you could have done the same thing last night many times. He repeated his same talking lines we have heard over and over and over again.
Zero Focus on national security. There was no discussion of Guantanamo Bay, terrorist detainees being tried on U.S. soil, or the Flight 253 terror attempt.
A MAJOR concern of the American People.
Ten Times Obama blamed his own failures on George W. Bush. Instead of owning up to his own failures, Obama must constantly try to remind people that the problems were there before he got into office.
Nobody wants to hear about Bush after a year! Every President has inherited something: good and bad.
SO MAN UP! and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
What have YOU done?
Besides increasing the deficit to the point of bankrupting the Nation.
Increased Unemployment to over 10% and this week 475,000 new first time applications for unemployment benefits, with no end in sight.
Destroyed relationships with some of our best allies.
Destroyed the TRUST of the American people.
Weakened this Nation's National Security.
Last, but not Least Our Allies cannot count on us when the going gets tough in a FIGHT!
He did mention he was going to create jobs with a NEW JOBS BILL. We are waiting!
Zero Changes in ObamaCare. He repeatedly praised the plan and said it must be passed. The main fault he found in it was that he "didn't explain it more clearly." Obama said he would listen to new ideas.
Where is C-Span?
Obama said he would listen to new ideas. Mr. President you have to let them in the room before you can hear them. You have not done it yet!
The ideas of tort reform and allowing insurance purchases across state lines are not new. He refused to listen to them before, I suspect just more empty promises and a disingenuous offer.
WE the American People do not need to be lectured, like a bunch of children!
He is one Tone Deaf ideologue! He is Delusional! An Amateur!
He said "I" 96 times, and used "my" or "me" 18 times. So 114 times he was patting himself on the back.
So let's see speech lased 70 minutes which is 4200 seconds divided by 114 = every 36.8 seconds the focus was on "him."
NARCISSIST and POMPOUS seems to be the right words!

State of the Union - The President doesn't know what he is doing!
Failings of Obama Administration
Apologizing for America
The First few months in office President Obama devoted a lot of his time to making speeches overseas downgrading America and belittling the many who have died defending not only our freedom , but the freedom of their country. The American public has grown weary of photos of Obama bowing to foreign leaders.
Weakness on the War on Terror
The Obama administration refused to recognize the War on Terror. His Homeland Security Chief called it a "man made disaster," I think she called it that so she could point back at the previous 8 years and say "They" caused it.
Obama has continued to say he is closing Guitmo, hadn't happened yet but, he is hell bent on doing it no matter what it cost, in dollars or danger to the country.
It has been a slap in the face of the constitution, by his decision to try in Civil Court the mastermind of 9-11 in NYC, degrading the citizens of NYC at a cost of over $200 Million per year at a time when he has to borrow the money to do it.
The Underwear Bomber
Fox News has confirmed that local FBI agents interviewed the suspect for about 50 minutes after he was taken to the University of Michigan Medical Center. One official said he spoke freely during this period and claimed to be a trained recruit for Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
After that, he went into surgery. He was then advised of his right to remain silent, and he subsequently obtained a lawyer.
Weakness on International Foreign Policy
The President began with a whirlwind grovel-fest, apologizing to the world in general, and in particular the Muslim world, for our supposed misdeeds (no mention of the three times we have gone to war – in Kuwait, Bosnia, and Iraq – to liberate oppressed Muslim populations).
In Europe, Obama reneged on a deal hard-won by the Bush administration to build missile defenses in Eastern Europe, a deal in which the Poles and the Czechs had shown considerable moxie in standing up to their Russian neighbor. This back down, despite administration denials, was clearly an effort to get the Russians to sign on to our Iran policy. It’s evident that the Russians are not going to support anything this administration wants to do with Iran. In fact the Russians are dealing with IRAN on a missile defense system to protect themselves. Oh Yes The Russians really love you Mr. President. Oh Yes and don't forget the deal Secretary of State Clinton made with Russia that says they can come count all of our nuclear war heads , but there is no reciprocal agreement we can count theirs!
In South America, Obama led off by glad-handing with Hugo Chavez while continuing to refuse to sign off on a trade deal with Columbia, one our strongest allies. When the legislature and supreme court of Honduras ousted president and Chavez wannabe Manuel Zelaya from office for defying the constitution, the administration called the perfectly legal ouster a “coup” and threatened not to recognize the Honduran election results unless Zelaya was reinstated. Honduras stuck it out, Zelaya remains ousted, and Honduras has a new, legally elected president, no thanks to us.
Gordon Brown, was treated shabbily on his visit, and the bust of Winston Churchill that had graced the Oval Office – on loan from Britain - was returned. So much for the “special relationship” with one of our strongest European friends. Oh Yes, and the Presidents present to the Queen was I-Pod with "his" speeches on it!
The administration’s new attitude of deference and its signals of irresolution have had few positive results. The Iranian regime has hunkered down and refuse to sit at the table and talk nuclear.
2009 November - Iran refuses to accept the international proposal to end the dispute over its nuclear program. UN nuclear watchdog IAEA passes a resolution condemning Iran for developing a second uranium enrichment site in secret.
Iran denounces the move as "political" and announces plans to create 10 more uranium enrichment facilities.
Mr President this is equivalent of taking your platform away from you and making you look silly in the eyes of the world.
North Koreans seem not even to know we are here. And the administration’s refusal to update our nuclear arsenal, part and parcel of its screwed-up visions of disarmament, has got our allies wondering about the reliability of the U.S. nuclear umbrella. Japan, notably, may consider developing its own nukes in the face of the threat from China and North Korea.

The only decision made that was right was the increase in troops in Afghanistan, although it took months.
Weakness on the Economy
After passing a $700 Billion stimulus to keep unemployment under 8% we are hovering at 10%, with unemployment rate at 10% and the real rate is more like 18-20% because of the people who have given up after a year.
It's about the economy silly JOBS JOBS JOBS.....
We probably will not hear anything about tax breaks for business' tax cuts.
Historically when you cut Government spending, cut taxes, offer business incentives for investments, in equipment and people, the revenue to the government increases and the deficit decreases, a win win for everyone.

Forecast for 2010 is scary with 14% of Americans are behind on their payments.
with unemployment rate at 10% and the real rate is more like 18-20% because of the people who have given up after a year. 2010 will be another record breaking year.

Wasting the resources the government has trying to pass a Health Care Bill that will not reduce cost. When Sixty-one percent (61%) say Congress should drop health care reform and focus on more immediate ways to improve the economy and create jobs.

The last time I checked we have 2 parties in this legislative system Democrat and Republican. Why were there no Republicans ever invited to your close door meetings on Health Care?

The First few months in office President Obama devoted a lot of his time to making speeches overseas downgrading America and belittling the many who have died defending not only our freedom , but the freedom of their country. The American public has grown weary of photos of Obama bowing to foreign leaders.
Weakness on the War on Terror
The Obama administration refused to recognize the War on Terror. His Homeland Security Chief called it a "man made disaster," I think she called it that so she could point back at the previous 8 years and say "They" caused it.
Obama has continued to say he is closing Guitmo, hadn't happened yet but, he is hell bent on doing it no matter what it cost, in dollars or danger to the country.
It has been a slap in the face of the constitution, by his decision to try in Civil Court the mastermind of 9-11 in NYC, degrading the citizens of NYC at a cost of over $200 Million per year at a time when he has to borrow the money to do it.
The Underwear Bomber
Fox News has confirmed that local FBI agents interviewed the suspect for about 50 minutes after he was taken to the University of Michigan Medical Center. One official said he spoke freely during this period and claimed to be a trained recruit for Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
After that, he went into surgery. He was then advised of his right to remain silent, and he subsequently obtained a lawyer.
Weakness on International Foreign Policy
The President began with a whirlwind grovel-fest, apologizing to the world in general, and in particular the Muslim world, for our supposed misdeeds (no mention of the three times we have gone to war – in Kuwait, Bosnia, and Iraq – to liberate oppressed Muslim populations).
In Europe, Obama reneged on a deal hard-won by the Bush administration to build missile defenses in Eastern Europe, a deal in which the Poles and the Czechs had shown considerable moxie in standing up to their Russian neighbor. This back down, despite administration denials, was clearly an effort to get the Russians to sign on to our Iran policy. It’s evident that the Russians are not going to support anything this administration wants to do with Iran. In fact the Russians are dealing with IRAN on a missile defense system to protect themselves. Oh Yes The Russians really love you Mr. President. Oh Yes and don't forget the deal Secretary of State Clinton made with Russia that says they can come count all of our nuclear war heads , but there is no reciprocal agreement we can count theirs!
In South America, Obama led off by glad-handing with Hugo Chavez while continuing to refuse to sign off on a trade deal with Columbia, one our strongest allies. When the legislature and supreme court of Honduras ousted president and Chavez wannabe Manuel Zelaya from office for defying the constitution, the administration called the perfectly legal ouster a “coup” and threatened not to recognize the Honduran election results unless Zelaya was reinstated. Honduras stuck it out, Zelaya remains ousted, and Honduras has a new, legally elected president, no thanks to us.
Gordon Brown, was treated shabbily on his visit, and the bust of Winston Churchill that had graced the Oval Office – on loan from Britain - was returned. So much for the “special relationship” with one of our strongest European friends. Oh Yes, and the Presidents present to the Queen was I-Pod with "his" speeches on it!
The administration’s new attitude of deference and its signals of irresolution have had few positive results. The Iranian regime has hunkered down and refuse to sit at the table and talk nuclear.
2009 November - Iran refuses to accept the international proposal to end the dispute over its nuclear program. UN nuclear watchdog IAEA passes a resolution condemning Iran for developing a second uranium enrichment site in secret.
Iran denounces the move as "political" and announces plans to create 10 more uranium enrichment facilities.
Mr President this is equivalent of taking your platform away from you and making you look silly in the eyes of the world.
North Koreans seem not even to know we are here. And the administration’s refusal to update our nuclear arsenal, part and parcel of its screwed-up visions of disarmament, has got our allies wondering about the reliability of the U.S. nuclear umbrella. Japan, notably, may consider developing its own nukes in the face of the threat from China and North Korea.

After passing a $700 Billion stimulus to keep unemployment under 8% we are hovering at 10%, with unemployment rate at 10% and the real rate is more like 18-20% because of the people who have given up after a year.

Historically when you cut Government spending, cut taxes, offer business incentives for investments, in equipment and people, the revenue to the government increases and the deficit decreases, a win win for everyone.

The global quarterly poll of investors and analysts who are Bloomberg subscribers finds that 77 percent of U.S. respondents believe Obama is too anti-business and four-out-of-five are only somewhat confident or not confident of his ability to handle a financial emergency.
The poll also finds a decline in Obama’s overall favor-ability rating one year after taking office. He is viewed favorably by 27 percent of U.S. investors. In an October poll, 32 percent in the U.S. held a positive impression.

Once Again Political Correctness is Avoiding the Issue of a "Jihadism"
I cannot believe the commission to investigate the Ft. Hood Murders do not mention
"Violent Islamic Extremist," instead they refer that the army needs to identify "behavioral clues." WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Former Secretary of the Army Togo West, Jr., and retired Admiral Vern Clark defended their decision to not identify the internal threat specifically as violent Islamist extremism in the report and in testimony. “We didn’t use the magic term…on purpose,” Clark said, noting jihadism is just one subset of the larger phenomenon of violent radicalization.
But Sens. Joseph Lieberman (I-CT) and Susan Collins (R-ME), vocal critics of the report, told West and Clark that they had missed an opportunity to recognize the specific threat “violent Islamist extremism” poses to the U.S. military. Both lawmakers referred to an incident in the mid-90s when three Neo-Nazi soldiers from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, murdered two African-Americans in a racially motivated attack. The incident and subsequent investigation, Collins said, led to specific guidelines addressing white supremacy in the U.S. military and terminating service members holding white supremacist views. Lieberman said the Pentagon should follow its earlier example and revise the guidelines banning white supremacy by adding violent Islamist extremism to its list as well.
While West, who was secretary of the Army during the Ft. Bragg investigation, conceded that specific guidelines identifying jihadist behaviors should be considered, he reiterated more broadly that “violent aggressive religious extremism is a threat to service members no matter its source.”
The problem, Levin observed, is that while the military must be intolerant of religious views that are radical and violent, where does it draw the line? Following that line of inquiry, Levin asked West whether multiple contacts with a radical cleric or saying the Constitution comes second are legitimate signals that radicalization is afoot. Hasan had reportedly done both.
West answered yes to both signals.
The difficulty moving forward, Clark said, will be educating service members to know when an individual has crossed “the red line” and creating an environment where service members feel they have an obligation to report such behavior.
Mr. Clark and Mr. West, when I served in the military 35 years ago we took care of the problem people our selves: We had a soldier go AWOL(absent without leave) at Ft. Lewis WA, went to Canada, when he got back in basic training, He told us "he did not believe in the war" and began refusing the training, acting strange, making "wild comments about America:"
That night when he got up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom, some how, he slipped on a bar of soap with a blanket over his head, and ended up in the hospital with bruises all over his body. He was removed from the barracks, taken to the hospital, treated for his injuries, put in the brig(Jail). Never seen again in that unit.
The men and women in uniform know how to identify who is going to "have their back" when the shooting starts.
They identify, isolate, and remove the cancer: then the brass get the message and remove the soldier for their own protection.
I saw the same thing happen in Vietnam, with soldiers who got strung out on heroin, the unit knew they could not depend on them in a fight, so they had a "blanket party." Once the cancer was removed the unit, with "Trust" restored, could function again. The unit inherently knows when someone has crossed "the red line."

The First Terrorist Act since 9/11

Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan killed 14 wounding 39. The reason I say there is 14 one woman was pregnant.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan, shouted “Allahu Akbar!” — “God is great!” in Arabic — before opening fire. This is the same phrase the terrorist who flew the planes into the World Trade Center used on 9/11.
Email communication between. Major Hassan and the imam who — been known for encouraging. Muslims to Jihad,
imam Anwar al-Awlaki said Hasan first e-mailed him in December 2008. Eventually, al-Awlaki said, Hasan came to view him as a confidant.
Al-Awlaki also denounced Muslims who condemned the attack. “They say American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan should be killed,” the imam argued, “so how can they say the American soldier should not be killed at the moment they are going to Iraq and Afghanistan?”
In 2001, Anwar Aulaqi was an imam, or spiritual leader, at the Washington-area mosque. Aulaqi told the FBI in 2001 that, before he moved to Virginia in early 2001, he met with 9/11 hijacker Nawaf al-Hazmi several times in San Diego. Al-Hazmi was at the time living with Khalid al-Mihdhar, another hijacker. Al-Hazmi and another hijacker, Hani Hanjour, attended the Dar al Hijrah mosque in Virginia in early April 2001. Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan attended the same mosque and had ties there.
“Hasan told Awlaki he couldn’t wait to join him in the discussions they would have over non-alcoholic wine in the afterlife,” ABC quoted the official as saying.
18 e-mails were exchanged between Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki, who encouraged Muslims to kill U.S. troops in Iraq, from Dec. 2008 until June of this year.
Hasan — with an annual salary around $92,000 — also wrote, “My strength is my financial capabilities,” the source said. Investigators have found the Army major donated as much as $30,000 per year to Islamic “charities.” American authorities have found several such charities to be conduits to terrorist networks.
Several colleagues and acquaintances of Hasan now say they had concerns about him in the past. Americans think the main reason these people kept silent was political correctness:
This year, a person by the name Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, 23, shot two members of the U.S. military at the Army-Navy Career Center in a shopping center in West Little Rock, Arkansas. One of them was killed. In cyberspace jihadi threats against U.S. military serving in the homeland and against American cities has been ongoing. Information collected by authorities, including from suspects and indicted individuals has shown a pattern by the jihadists (militants or propagandists) indicating their intentions to strike at military and security installations.
We are told again and again by “experts” and “talking heads” that Islam
is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to
live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is
entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel
better and meant to somehow diminish the spectra of terrorist rampaging across
the globe in the name of Islam.
It is the terrorist who systematically slaughter.
In the wake of the deadliest mass shooting at a U.S. base, President Obama on Friday cautioned against jumping to conclusions on the motive of the suspect.
“We don’t know all the answers yet and I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts,” Obama said in the Rose Garden of the White House.
Did we Jump to conclusions? I don’t think so, But Mr President you sure do! Here is a little reminder:
Here is what we know. On July 16th, Professor Gates, an African- American came home from China to find his door jammed. A neighbor sees Gates and another man trying to open the door, suspects a break-in, and calls police.
Police rush to the home and Professor Gates gets into a confrontation with the officers, accusing them of racial profiling. The professor ends up being arrested for disorderly conduct. And two nights ago President Obama said the police acted stupidly when the arrested the professor.
With the Fort Hood Incident we have Eye witnesses seeing the shooter open fire,

In a matter of minutes 14 people are dead 39 wounded, The shooter reported dead that day, we later learn he was just wounded.
Terrorist seem to fit this profile:
Middle Eastern decent
Their ages are between 17 and 39.
They practice the Islam faith and they are extremist.
One thing for sure all Muslims are not terrorist but all the Terrorists’ have been Muslims.
I don’t think anyone is jumping to conclusions the facts are what they are!

AMERICANS LOVE PICK-UP TRUCKS!
Americans, from Canada to the United States to Mexico, have a special fondness for the pickup truck, and it has developed a myth that is similar to that of the horse in the American Old West. In parts of the United States, pickups tend to be portrayed as symbols of male virility. You can even buy body parts that resemble testicles and hang from your bumper. You can buy a cowbell and let it clang every time you start and stop.
They are also a fixture in American politics, as in the famous campaign speech by Fred Thompson, who explained his opponent's shortcomings by saying "He hasn't spent enough time in a pickup truck." In 2004, Democratic Senate candidate Ken Salazar campaigned with his green pickup truck; Salazar later won the election. Even "W" (George Bush called by his friends) Bush was seen cruising around his Crawford, Texas ranch in a white Ford F-250 while vacationing, sometimes with foreign heads of state riding shotgun, such as "Pinhead" Putin. And now the latest
Scott Brown in Massachusetts defeated a Democrat and took "the peoples seat" that was occupied by the late Ted Kennedy for over 50 years. Scott Brown drove his pick-up Truck that had over 200K miles on it to campaign in. He won 52%-47%.
The term "Texas Cadillac" is a euphemism referring to the pickup truck of a cowboy or someone into the cowboy culture, especially if the truck is large and has been customized. Texas is sometimes called the "land of pickup trucks," even charging lower taxes on pickup truck registration than on other types of vehicle registration. Indeed, Texans have 14% of the pickups in the U.S., and automakers sometimes offer special editions of their pickup trucks, with names like "TEXAS EDITION" and "LONE STAR EDITION".
In 2007 there were 247 million vehicles registered in the U.S. and 110 million of them were trucks.
The top 2 selling vehicles in the USA are:
1.Ford F 150 Truck
2.Chevy Silverado.
So Sunday when Obama took pot shots at Scott Brown for driving a truck and said "You cannot trust him to take you where you want to go."
Scott Brown was a charismatic candidate with a old truck. Still, it's the truck that hit a sore spot with President Obama, who dismissively told Massachusetts crowds Sunday, "Anyone can own a truck."
Scott Brown said "It all started with me, my truck, and a few dedicated volunteers. It ended with Air Force One making an emergency run to Logan. Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. This bill was introduced on February 24, 2009, by the Obama staff. BUT, this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all. Trust Obama? You must be kidding!

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in HR 45 or Goggle HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009. You will get all the information. Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:
1) It is registered
2) You are fingerprinted
3) You supply a current Driver's License
4) You supply your Social Security number
5) You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing.
Each update change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25. Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail. There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18. They would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 years in prison.

Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It will require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun. This bill was introduced on February 24, 2009, by the Obama staff. BUT, this bill will only become public knowledge 30 days after the new law becomes effective! This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee has passed this without the Senate voting on it at all. Trust Obama? You must be kidding!

What we need now is insurance and liability reform -- not health care reform
WHERE U.S. HEALTH CARE RANKS NUMBER ONE
Critics complain that the United States spends too much money and receives too little for its health care system. However, the United States comes in at No. 1 of 191 countries for "responsiveness to the needs and choices of the individual patient" on the ranking system of the U.N.'s World Health Organization (WHO) comparative ranking system. This could be why a majority of Americans oppose Congress's health care reform bills, says Dr. Mark B. Constantian, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in New Hampshire.
Why does the United States rate so high?
Data assembled by Dr. Ronald Wenger and published recently in the Bulletin of the American College of Surgeons indicates that cardiac deaths in the United States have fallen by two-thirds over the past 50 years.
Polio has been virtually eradicated.
Childhood leukemia has a high cure rate.
Eight of the top 10 medical advances in the past 20 years were developed or had roots in the United States.
Other advantages:
The Nobel Prizes in medicine and physiology have been awarded to more Americans than to researchers in all other countries combined.
Eight of the 10 top-selling drugs in the world were developed by U.S. companies.
The United States has some of the highest breast, colon and prostate cancer survival rates in the world.
And our country ranks first or second in the world in kidney transplants, liver transplants, heart transplants, total knee replacements, coronary artery bypass and percutaneous coronary interventions.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Wall Street executives said Wednesday they underestimated the severity of the 2008 financial crisis and apologized for risky behavior and poor decisions. They also defended their bonus and compensation practices to a skeptical commission investigating what caused the collapse.
Americans are furious and "have a right to be" about the hefty bonuses banks paid out after getting billions of dollars in federal help, the commission's chairman told chief executives of four major banks, all survivors of the deepest and longest recession since the Depression.
As the hearings opened before the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, chairman Phil Angelides pledged "a full and fair inquiry into what brought our financial system to its knees."
The panel began its yearlong inquiry amid rising public fury over bailouts and bankers' pay.
"We understand the anger felt by many citizens," said Brian Moynihan, chief executive and president of Bank of America. "We are grateful for the taxpayer assistance we have received."
"Over the course of the crisis, we as an industry caused a lot of damage," Moynihan said.
With Bank of America having repaid its bailout money, he said "the vast majority of our employees played no role in the economic crisis" and do not deserve to be penalized with lower compensation. Moynihan said compensation levels will be higher next year than they were in 2008 -- but not at levels reached before the financial meltdown.
Jamie Dimon, chief executive of JPMorgan Chase & Co., said most of his employees took "significant cuts in compensation" in 2008. He said his company would continue to pay people in a "responsible and disciplined manner" to attract and retain top talent.
Still, Dimon said, "We did make mistakes and there were things we could have done better."
John Mack, chairman of Morgan Stanley, said the crisis was "a powerful wake-up call for this firm." He said he didn't take a bonus in 2009 and that his bank has overhauled its compensation practices to discourage "excessive risk-taking."
The other executives also said their companies had tightened bonus policies, including provisions to "claw back" some of the money when performance faltered.
Angelides, a former Democratic state treasurer of California, questioned Goldman Sachs' Lloyd Blankfein about packaging soured assets into bond-like securities and selling them to investors -- even as Goldman Sachs was "shorting" the same securities, or making inside bets they would fail. These included risky mortgages that were extended to borrowers with poor credit records and helped cause the home-loan bust.
"It sounds like selling a car with faulty brakes and then buying an insurance policy" on the driver, Angelides said in an animated exchange with the Goldman Sachs executive.
Responded Blankfein: "I do think the behavior is improper. We regret the consequence that people have lost money in it."
Like the other witnesses, Blankfein acknowledged lapses in judgment in some practices leading up to the crisis.
"Whatever we did, it didn't work out well," he said. "We were going to bed every night with more risk than any responsible manager would want to have."
The four bankers represent institutions that collectively received more than $90 billion in direct government assistance from the $700 billion federal bank bailout and availed themselves of billions from the Federal Reserve. Goldman Sachs received an additional $12.9 billion in bailout money that had gone to AIG.
Angelides suggested that blame for the crisis was widespread among the nation's largest financial institutions. "Maybe this is like `Murder on the Orient Express' -- Everybody did it," he said, referring to the Agatha Christie murder mystery. The four bankers appeared before the panel for just over three hours before it turned to other witnesses.
At the White House, presidential press secretary Robert Gibbs said that President Obama on Thursday will outline his plan to make sure taxpayers are able to recoup the money they are owed in the bailouts. The president is expected to announce a new fee on the country's biggest financial firms to recover up to $120 billion.
Of the bankers' testimony, Gibbs said, "It would seem to me that apology would be the least of what anybody could expect." He said Wall Street officials need to show common sense.
The witnesses said they supported tighter oversight, but warned against going too far. Congress is considering limiting the size of financial companies or breaking up companies whose failure could collapse the whole financial system.
"The solution is not to cap the size of financial firms. ... We need a regulatory system that provides for even the biggest banks to be allowed to fail, but in a way that does not put taxpayers or the broader economy at risk," Dimon said.
The commission's vice chairman, former Rep. Bill Thomas, R-Calif., said the inquiry would try "to get to the bottom of what happened and explain it in a way that the American people can understand."
Thomas, a former chairman of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, said one important question is, "If you knew then what you do now, what would you have done differently?"
Dimon said a crucial blunder was "how we just missed that housing prices don't go up forever." Added Mack: "We did eat our cooking and we choked on it."
The bipartisan, 10-member commission was handed the job of writing the official narrative of what went wrong before the financial system nearly collapsed in the fall of 2008.
The commission is modeled on the panel that examined the causes of the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. But the prototype could be the Pecora Commission, the Senate committee that investigated Wall Street abuses in 1933-34. It was named after Ferdinand Pecora, the committee's chief lawyer.
Congress has instructed the current commission to explore 22 issues, from the effect of monetary policy on terms of credit to bank compensation structures.

The Government takes money from the taxpayer.
The government gives it to the banks.
The banks buy more banks and eliminate their debt.
The banks will not loan money to the PEOPLE because the way things are set up they can loan the TAXPAYER money back to Federal Government and make more money. The Fed gives money to the bank at 0% the bank loans back to the government at a guarantee at 3% no risk. Is it a wonder that banks are making a profit?
The TAXPAYER cannot borrow.
The banks and insurance companies give out BONUSES to employees of companies the taxpayer have bailed out.
The government raises taxes and because your unemployed you can't pay the raised taxes: the citizen is considered a lousy tax cheat, law breaker, a criminal.
The government and the big banks take your home from you STEAL the American dream back from you and resell it so the banks can make more money.
The hard working tax paying citizen is considered a lousy person, law breaker, treated like a common thief because he has been forced into a bankruptcy or a foreclosure.
He is forced from his home and thrown out on the street.
They(the banks and the government)caused the problem in the first place.
Who is the THIEF in this scenario?
Who is getting HURT in all of this?

He then delivered the passengers to the mental hospital, telling the staff that the patients were very excitable and prone to bizarre fantasies. The deception wasn't discovered for 3 days.
5. A teenager was in the hospital recovering from serious head wounds received from an oncoming train. When asked how he received the injuries, the lad told police that he was simply trying to see how close he could get his head to a moving train before he was hit.
6. A man walked into a Louisiana Circle-K, put a $20 bill on the counter, and asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the man pulled a gun and asked for all the cash in the register, which the clerk promptly provided. The man took the cash from the clerk and fled, leaving the $20 bill on the counter. The total amount of cash he got from the drawer...$15. [If someone points a gun at you and gives you money, is a crime committed?]
7. Seems an Arkansas guy wanted some beer pretty badly. He decided that he'd just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run. So he lifted the cinder block and heaved it over his head at the window. The cinder block bounced back and hit the would-be thief on the head, knocking him unconscious. The liquor store window was made of Plexiglas. The whole event was caught on videotape.
8. As a female shopper exited a South Carolina convenience store, a man grabbed her purse and ran. The clerk called 911 immediately, and the woman was able to give them a detailed description of the snatcher. Within minutes, the police apprehended the snatcher. They put him in the car and drove back to the store. The thief was then taken out of the car and told to stand there for a positive ID. To which he replied, "Yes, officer, that’s her. That's the lady I stole the purse from."
9. The Ann Arbor News crime column reported that a man walked into a Burger King in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 5 A.M., flashed a gun, and demanded cash. A police spokesman said that the man admitted to trying to steal gasoline, but he plugged his siphon hose into the motor home's sewage tank by mistake. The owner of the vehicle declined to press charges saying that it was the best laugh he'd ever had.
In the interest of bettering mankind, please share these with friends and family....unless of course one of these individuals by chance is a distant relative or long lost friend. In that case, be glad they are distant and hope they remain lost.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott warns about constitutionality of Health Care bill

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has sent letters to U.S. Sens. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, and John Cornyn, R-Texas, challenging the constitutionality of the U.S. House of Representatives’ health care bill.
The bill — H.R. 3590 — is also known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Abbot in his letter questions the so-called “Nebraska Compromise” that allowed Nebraska to be exempted from Medicaid expense increases in exchange for the vote of a representative from the state.
Abbott writes in his letter: “If enacted, the Senate version of H.R. 3590 would impose billions of dollars of new Medicaid obligations on 49 states while singling out only one state for special treatment.”
Sen. Hutchison's was not immediately available for comment. But her office sent a transcript from a Senate floor presentation in which the Senator raised concerns about the constitutionality of the bill.
"We haven't had too much time to consider this and certainly constitutional issues will take much thought," Sen. Hutchison said on the floor. "But we do believe that some of the bill's provisions do violence to our constitutional protections."
Hutchison was joined by Sen. Cornyn. His office said Wednesday that the senator raised concerns over the bill's constitutionality with Attorney General Abbott.
“I have confidence that Attorney General Abbott will take the necessary steps to protect Texas taxpayers and the public interest," Sen. John Cornyn responded in a statement released to the DBJ. "I remain concerned that certain parts of the health care legislation, including the individual mandate, violate the U.S. Constitution, and that much of it runs counter to constitutional ideals and principles.”
Abbott also points out in his letter that he is challenging the constitutionality of a bill that creates individual mandates for health insurance.
Abbott argues in his letter that Congress’ ability to tax and spend is in fact limited. He writes: “...in United States v. Gerlach Live Stock Co., the court noted that ‘Congress has a substantive power to tax and appropriate for the general welfare,’ but this power is limited.”
Abbott also warns Hutchison and Cornyn about the billions of dollars in new Medicaid obligations that will hit 49 states.

In the dead of night-Obama's at it again
And this is what we are coming to....we will be just like Europe in 10 years.
No rights, no constitution, just leftist fruits more concerned with trees and animals over the basic freedoms we enjoy today. And the political correctness that has destroyed Europe and watered down their national pride, heritage, and culture is coming. Guns will be taken up, land distributed or owned by the government, religious services will be held under ground so we do not offend the muslims or the atheists. People think Merry Christmas being watered down to Happy Holidays is fine because it doesn't offend, but this is just how they start......small things, like this Executive amendment signing below (that we all knew about and read in the papers) these small items began to chip away at our personal rights, freedoms and safety. Madaline Murray O'Hare knew it; she knew the loudest voice no matter how small could move the boulder because of apathy from the resistance. We will and are being destroyed from within.

Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order 12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.
By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
What, exactly does this mean? It means that INTERPOL now has the full authority to conduct investigations and other law enforcement activities on U.S. soil, with full immunity from U.S. laws such as the Freedom of Information Act and with complete independence from oversight from the FBI.
In short, a global law enforcement entity now has full law-enforcement authority in the U.S. without any check on its power afforded by U.S. law and U.S. law enforcement agencies.

A coup is underway in the United States of America, the goal of which is to establish complete, unquestioned authority over the citizens--a 'fundamental change' to the United States where citizens have no legal recourse against an authoritarian central government.

It’s War, not a Crime Spree
I Love Sarah Palin. She cuts through all the B### S### and calls right 99.1% of the time.
The biggest mistake was made after the incident by not gathering all the information from the terrorist.
The second biggest problem was letting the terrorist on the airplane.
If you don't tackle those 2 mistakes we don't have a chance at winning the War on Terror.

President Obama’s meeting with his top national security advisers does nothing to change the fact that his fundamental approach to terrorism is fatally flawed. We are at war with radical Islamic extremists and treating this threat as a law enforcement issue is dangerous for our nation’s security. That’s what happened in the 1990s and we saw the result on September 11, 2001. This is a war on terror not an “overseas contingency operation.” Acts of terrorism are just that, not “man caused disasters.” The system did not work. Abdulmutallab was a child of privilege radicalized and trained by organized jihadists, not an “isolated extremist” who traveled to a land of “crushing poverty.” He is an enemy of the United States, not just another criminal defendant.
It simply makes no sense to treat an al Qaeda-trained operative willing to die in the course of massacring hundreds of people as a common criminal. Reports indicate that Abdulmutallab stated there were many more like him in Yemen but that he stopped talking once he was read his Miranda rights. President Obama’s advisers lamely claim Abdulmutallab might be willing to agree to a plea bargain – pretty doubtful you can cut a deal with a suicide bomber. John Brennan, the President’s top counterterrorism adviser, bizarrely claimed “there are no downsides or upsides” to treating terrorists as enemy combatants. That is absurd. There is a very serious downside to treating them as criminals: terrorists invoke their “right” to remain silent and stop talking. Terrorists don’t tell us where they were trained, what they were trained in, who they were trained by, and who they were trained with. Giving foreign-born, foreign-trained terrorists the right to remain silent does nothing to keep Americans safe from terrorist threats. It only gives our enemies access to courtrooms where they can publicly grandstand, and to defense attorneys who can manipulate the legal process to gain access to classified information.
President Obama was right to change his policy and decide to send no more detainees to Yemen where they can be free to rejoin their war on America. Now he must back off his reckless plan to close Guantanamo, begin treating terrorists as wartime enemies not suspects alleged to have committed crimes, and recognize that the real nature of the terrorist threat requires a commander-in-chief, not a constitutional law professor.

Please note that at no time is anyone told that they MUST worship God.Each State recognizes God as being the supreme provider of all liberties and are grateful to God for his blessings.
I did not see anything in there about Allah?
So if all states recognize God then the United States "We is a Christian Nation."

America the last man standing!
A good friend of mine turned me on to this, this is a speech that was given in New York by Geert Wilders is a Dutch Member of Parliament.
America as the last man standing
'In a generation or two, the US will ask itself: who lost Europe ?'

I come to America with a mission All is not well in the old world. There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic. We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe. This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe.
First I will describe the situation on the ground in Europe . Then, I will say a few things about Islam. To close I will tell you about a meeting in Jerusalem .
The Europe you know is changing.
You have probably seen the landmarks. But in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist destination, there is another world. It is the world of the parallel society created by Muslim mass-migration..
All throughout Europe a new reality is rising: entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or are even seen. And if they are, they might regret it. This goes for the police as well.. It's the world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless tents, with baby strollers and a group of children. Their husbands, or slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead. With mosques on many street corners. The shops have signs you and I cannot read. You will be hard-pressed to find any economic activity. These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious fanatics. These are Muslim neighborhoods, and they are mushrooming in every city across Europe . These are the building-blocks for territorial control of increasingly larger portions of Europe , street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city.
There are now thousands of mosques throughout Europe . With larger congregations than there are in churches. And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques that will dwarf every church in the region. Clearly, the signal is: we rule.
Many European cities are already one-quarter Muslim: just take Amsterdam , Marseille and Malmo in Sweden . In many cities the majority of the under-18 population is Muslim. Paris is now surrounded by a ring of Muslim neighborhoods. Mohammed is the most popular name among boys in many cities.
In some elementary schools in Amsterdam the farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the pig, and that would be an insult to Muslims.
Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark only serve halal food to all pupils. In once-tolerant Amsterdam gays are beaten up almost exclusively by Muslims. Non-Muslim women routinely hear 'whore, whore'. Satellite dishes are not pointed to local TV stations, but to stations in the country of origin.
In France school teachers are advised to avoid authors deemed offensive to Muslims, including Voltaire and Diderot; the same is increasingly true of Darwin . The history of the Holocaust can no longer be taught because of Muslim sensitivity.
In England sharia courts are now officially part of the British legal system. Many neighborhoods in France are no-go areas for women without head scarves. Last week a man almost died after being beaten up by Muslims in Brussels , because he was drinking during the Ramadan.
Jews are fleeing France in record numbers, on the run for the worst wave of anti-Semitism since World War II. French is now commonly spoken on the streets of Tel Aviv and Netanya , Israel . I could go on forever with stories like this. Stories about Islamization.
A total of fifty-four million Muslims now live in Europe . San Diego University recently calculated that a staggering 25 percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim just 12 years from now. Bernhard Lewis has predicted a Muslim majority by the end of this century.
Now these are just numbers. And the numbers would not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate. But there are few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France ... One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide attacks. The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of British Muslim students are in favor of a worldwide caliphate. Muslims demand what they call 'respect'. And this is how we give them respect. We have Muslim official state holidays.
The Christian-Democratic attorney general is willing to accept sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority. We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey ..
Muslim demands are supported by unlawful behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus. I call the perpetrators 'settlers'. Because that is what they are. They do not come to integrate into our societies; they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al-Islam. Therefore, they are settlers.
Much of this street violence I mentioned is directed exclusively against non-Muslims, forcing many native people to leave their neighborhoods, their cities, their countries. Moreover, Muslims are now a swing vote not to be ignored.
The second thing you need to know is the importance of Mohammed the prophet. His behavior is an example to all Muslims and cannot be criticized. Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem. But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a pedophile, and had several marriages - at the same time. Islamic tradition tells us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed. Mohammed himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe of Banu Qurayza. If it is good for Islam, it is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad.
Let no one fool you about Islam being a religion. Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins. But in its essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life. Islam means 'submission'. Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is sharia. If you want to compare Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these are all totalitarian ideologies.
Now you know why Winston Churchill called Islam 'the most retrograde force in the world', and why he compared Mein Kampf to the Quran. The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the aggressor.. I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I support Israel . First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz, second because it is a democracy, and third because Israel is our first line of defense.
This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam's territorial advance. Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the Philippines , Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan , Lebanon , and Aceh in Indonesia . Israel is simply in the way. The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.
The war against Israel is not a war against Israel . It is a war against the West. It is jihad. Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us. If there would have been no Israel , Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest. Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming.
Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities. But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their behavior, and accept our values. On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam. They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed. The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If they can get Israel , they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer to label any and all critics of Islamization as a 'right-wing extremists' or 'racists'. In my country, the Netherlands , 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II. And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat. Yet there is a danger greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of America as the last man standing. The lights may go out in Europe faster than you can imagine. An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for America - as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs. With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritage of Rome , Athens and Jerusalem .
Dear friends, liberty is the most precious of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives. All throughout Europe , American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never made it home, and whose memory we cherish. My generation does not own this freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won liberty to Europe 's children in the same state in which it was offered to us. We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams. Future generations would never forgive us. We cannot squander our liberties. We simply do not have the right to do so.
We have to take the necessary action now to stop this Islamic stupidity from destroying the free world that we know.

But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a pedophile, and had several marriages - at the same time. Islamic tradition tells us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed. Mohammed himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe of Banu Qurayza. If it is good for Islam, it is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad.
Let no one fool you about Islam being a religion. Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins. But in its essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life. Islam means 'submission'. Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is sharia. If you want to compare Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these are all totalitarian ideologies.
Now you know why Winston Churchill called Islam 'the most retrograde force in the world', and why he compared Mein Kampf to the Quran. The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the aggressor.. I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I support Israel . First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz, second because it is a democracy, and third because Israel is our first line of defense.
This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam's territorial advance. Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the Philippines , Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan , Lebanon , and Aceh in Indonesia . Israel is simply in the way. The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.
The war against Israel is not a war against Israel . It is a war against the West. It is jihad. Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us. If there would have been no Israel , Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest. Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming.
Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities. But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their behavior, and accept our values. On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam. They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed. The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If they can get Israel , they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer to label any and all critics of Islamization as a 'right-wing extremists' or 'racists'. In my country, the Netherlands , 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II. And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat. Yet there is a danger greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of America as the last man standing. The lights may go out in Europe faster than you can imagine. An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for America - as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs. With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritage of Rome , Athens and Jerusalem .
Dear friends, liberty is the most precious of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with their lives. All throughout Europe , American cemeteries remind us of the young boys who never made it home, and whose memory we cherish. My generation does not own this freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won liberty to Europe 's children in the same state in which it was offered to us. We cannot strike a deal with mullahs and imams. Future generations would never forgive us. We cannot squander our liberties. We simply do not have the right to do so.
We have to take the necessary action now to stop this Islamic stupidity from destroying the free world that we know.
Why is this so hard to understand or to see?

We need Horse Power to Keep Pulling the Cart
The Cart Analogy There is a certain order of things. You know the cart and the horse?
You can't put the Cart before the Horse.
The Market is the Horse (It is the energy that pulls the cart).
Horses have to be fed, watered, trained, and groomed before they will perform.
The Horse needs to be motivated through feed or pay(Cash) or something that will make him want to perform.If I want the cart to move I have to put horses in front to pull the cart. Depending on how fast I want the Cart to go depends on how many horses I want to use. If I want it to go slow, I use 1 horse, If I put two horses on the cart they can carry more and move faster. If I add two more horses they can increase speed and towing capacity on my cart. If I have no horses to pull the cart will not move.Everybody needs a horse to pull their cart. The horse is only good for one days march before the process of refueling takes place, you know: Fed, watered, rested, trained, and groomed for the next days march.
The Cart is the State (Welfare)and Taxes and everything that you can throw in the cart.
You cannot load the cart up with a bunch of stuff and have no way to pull it.
Everyone cannot ride in the cart. There is only so much that can fit in the cart.
If you put more in the cart that the car can handle, it will break down. Each cart has weight limits. Carts can only go so fast, unless over-hauled, in some way.
The cart must have wheels. If there are no wheels or you have a wheel that is flat on 1 side the cart will have trouble moving. If there are no wheels on the cart the horse will not be able to pull the cart effectively.
The cart cannot handle people and "stuff."
If you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is stop diggin'.
The cart is too full and there are not enough horses pullin'
President Obama, House of Representatives and Senators you must get the Economy Moving. The cart is breaking down the horses can't pull the weight!
This is pretty simple!
I don't know why tired cowboys and horses can understand this but Politicians can't?
If you're ridin' ahead of the herd, take a look back every now and then to make sure it's still there with ya.

True Story from Rick Mathes, a Leader in the Prison Ministry.
MUSLIM BELIEF
This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is
a well-known leader in prison ministry. The man who walks
with God always gets to his destination.. If you
have a pulse you have a purpose.
The Muslim religion is the
fastest growing religion per capita in the United States , especially in the
minority races!!!
Last month I attended my annual training session
that's required for maintaining my state prison
security clearance. During the training session there was
a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman
Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each
of their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic
Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the
basics of Islam, complete with a video.
After the presentations, time was provided for
questions and answers...
When it was my turn, I directed my question to the
Imam and asked:
'Please, correct me if I'm wrong,
but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have
declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of
the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a
command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in
heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the
definition of an infidel?'
There was no disagreement with my statements and,
without hesitation, he replied,
'Non-believers!'
I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this
straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to
kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can
have a place in heaven Is that correct?'
The expression on his face changed from one of
authority and command to that of a little boy who had just
been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.'
He sheepishly replied,
'Yes.'
I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem
trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics
to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all
Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a
place in heaven!'
The Imam was speechless!
I continued, 'I also have problem with being your
friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your
followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question:
Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to
kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my
Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven
and He wants you to be there with me?'
You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his
head in shame. Needless to say, the organizers and/or
promoters of the Diversification' training seminar
were not happy with Rick's way of dealing with the
Islamic Imam , and exposing the truth about the
Muslims' beliefs.
In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in
the U.S. to elect the President! I think everyone in the
U.S should be required to read this, but with
ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized,
This is your chance to make a difference...
For our children and our grandchildren's sake not
to mention our own, share this!
