In light of the murders at Ft. Hood by a Muslim Officer (who had sworn to defend the people, our Constitution and the United States) this article becomes more timely and real than ever;
Can a good Muslim be a good American?
I sent that question to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years.
The following is his reply:
Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is to Allah, the moon god of Arabia .
Religiously - no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam.
Scriptural - no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).
Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
Socially - no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically - no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and Destruction of America, the great Satan.
Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him.
Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.
Philosophically - no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.
Spiritually - no. Because when we declare "one nation under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names.
Therefore after much study and deliberation....perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both "good" Muslims and good Americans.
Call it what you wish....it's still the truth.

I am not Politically Correct on "Tolerance" Never Have Been Never Will Be!
Tolerance is the sympathy or indulgence for beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one's own: the act of allowing something.
Toleration: the allowable deviation from a standard.
As Christians we must take a stand against the Gay and Lesbian lifestyle. We are asked by society, the government, business', that we should be Tolerant and accept this standard as equal to heterosexual relationships and marriage. They are not equal never have been never will be!

A Rasmussen Reports survey of 1,000 Likely Voters found that just 32% believe the gay and lesbian couples who received marriage licenses recently in San Francisco are "legally married." Sixty-one percent (61%) disagree, while 7% are not sure.
The survey also found that 66% of Americans oppose the decision of San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom to issue marriage licenses for gay and lesbian couples. Only 24% favor that decision.
Americans' tolerance for gay rights currently is being forced down our throats by Liberal Judges. We are being told to be Tolerant or we will change "Force" laws and legislate from the bench.
Cheers erupted in Alameda City Hall as the school board completed its 3-2 vote, becoming one of only a handful of Bay Area school districts - including those in San Francisco, Hayward and San Leandro - to specifically mention respect for lesbians and gays in its curriculum. Teachers will begin to use the words "lesbian" and "gay" in fourth-grade classes.
Same-sex couples would be allowed to marry in the nation’s capital under a bill introduced Tuesday by a District of Columbia councilman.
The first openly gay person to be elected mayor of Houston says she hopes her victory in Saturday's election will change how the world views the city.
Houston is the nation's fourth-largest city and the biggest to elect an openly gay mayor. Parker calls her election a historic day for Houston's gay and lesbian community. She says she hopes it shows the world that Houston is a diverse international community that welcomes everyone.
A Group of non-denominational Christians have come together and delivered a document known as the "Manhattan Doctrine" to Washington DC Legislators and are taking a stand against law that disagree with Gods law as it pertains to:
The Sanctity of Life
Marriage
Religious Liberty
I urge all People to read The Manhattan Doctrine it is the most sweeping Reform since Martin Luther initiated the Protestant Reformation and nailed the covenants
on the church of All Saints on October 31,1517.

"The impulse to redefine marriage in order to recognize same-sex and multiple partner relationships is a symptom, rather than the cause, of the erosion of the marriage culture. It reflects a loss of understanding of the meaning of marriage as embodied in our civil and religious law and in the philosophical tradition that contributed to shaping the law. Yet it is critical that the impulse be resisted, for yielding to it would mean abandoning the possibility of restoring a sound understanding of marriage and, with it, the hope of rebuilding a healthy marriage culture."

Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due."

It is OK to Profile Terrorist
It's not your grandmother coming to visit you after a long absence.
It's not your friend from High school you haven't seen in years.
It's not your children who are coming home from college.
It's not your business traveler who travels 5 days a week for their job,
It's not your typical family a husband and wife traveling with 2 children and a baby.
All of the above statements can be for black or white Americans so let's not say I'm getting prejudice here!
Lets talk about who our enemy is over and over and over:
It is the Muslim extremist between the ages of 17-39, male of Mideastern or Muslim descent. Traveling alone, no luggage, paying cash for a ticket.
Why is this so hard to understand? Seems pretty simple to me!
But I forgot we live in a society that tries to be politically correct! We don't want to alienate the billions of Muslims in the world who hate our guts already. I know it is not all Muslims but I'm talking about the small percentage that are in contact, through emails and phone calls with Al Qaeda! Those young radicals that go to training camps and get training on how to bypass security at airports. Those that get training on how to make bombs. Those that attend to Mosques known for it's leaders spraying hate and discontent for the United States and describe "us" the US citizen as being the "enemy of God," not the God that 80 % of Americans believe in but the Allah the one in the Qur'an, you know the one Muslims study about! Muslims believe the Qur’an to be the book of divine guidance and direction for mankind, and consider the original Arabic text to be the final revelation of God.
There are 3 things the Muslims have on their Agenda and it is taught in the Qur'an:
1.Covert you. Because they believe the Muslim Religion is the "Only true Religion"
2.If you do not agree to be converted, you must agree live under Shiite law, you can exist as a Jew or a Christian, a Protestant, or whatever, but you must live and abide by Shiite Law.
(So if anyone tries to sell you on Shiite Law being a Law that needs to be recognized in the United States, he is not a friend of America and he is not looking out for the constitution of the United States, Hint! Hint!)
So if a Czar mentions something like that or someone in the Justice system mentions that or a Judge mentions that Supreme Court or otherwise: Buyer BEWARE!
3. If you will not convert or will not agree to be ruled under Shiite Law then You are an enemy of the Qur'an and you will be killed.

Square miles of land won by: Democrats: 580,000 Republicans: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Democrats: 127 million
Republicans: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:
Democrats: 13.2 Republicans: 2.1

A Truce for Christmas
We heard this in church today. I thought it was worth repeating:
The truce began on Christmas Eve, 24 December 1914, when German troops began decorating the area around their trenches in the region of Ypres, Belgium, for Christmas. They began by placing candles on trees, then continued the celebration by singing Christmas carols, most notably Stille Nacht (Silent Night). The British troops in the trenches across from them responded by singing English carols.
The two sides continued by shouting Christmas greetings to each other. Soon thereafter, there were calls for visits across the "No Man's Land" where small gifts were exchanged — whiskey, jam, cigars, chocolate, and the like. The soldiers exchanged gifts, sometimes addresses, and drank together. The artillery in the region fell silent that night. The truce also allowed a breathing spell where recently-fallen soldiers could be brought back behind their lines by burial parties. Proper burials took place as soldiers from both sides mourned the dead together and paid their respects.
The truce spread to other areas of the lines, and there are many stories of football matches between the opposing forces.
In many sectors, the truce lasted through Christmas night, but in some areas, it continued until New Year's Day.
On 7 November 2006, singer Chris de Burgh paid £14,400 at Bonhams auction house for an original 10 page letter from an unknown British soldier that records events and incidents with the Germans on that night.
Here is an excerpt from this letter:
"This will be the most memorable Christmas I've ever spent or likely to spend: since about tea time yesterday I don't think theres been a shot fired on either side up to now. Last night turned a very clear frost moonlight night, so soon after dusk we had some decent fires going and had a few carols and songs. The Germans commenced by placing lights all along the edge of their trenches and coming over to us—wishing us a Happy Christmas etc.
They also gave us a few songs etc. so we had quite a social party. Several of them can speak English very well so we had a few conversations. Some of our chaps went to over to their lines. I think they've all come back bar one from 'E' Co. They no doubt kept him as a souvenir. In spite of our fires etc. it was terribly cold and a job to sleep between look out duties, which are two hours in every six.
First thing this morning it was very foggy. So we stood to arms a little longer than usual. A few of us that were lucky could go to Holy Communion early this morning. It was celebrated in a ruined farm about 500 yds behind us. I unfortunately couldn't go. There must be something in the spirit of Christmas as to day we are all on top of our trenches running about. Whereas other days we have to keep our heads well down. We had breakfast about 8.0 which went down alright especially some cocoa we made. We also had some of the post this morning.
I had a parcel from B. G's Lace Dept containing a sweater, smokes, under clothes etc. We also had a card from the Queen, which I am sending back to you to look after please. After breakfast we had a game of football at the back of our trenches! We've had a few Germans over to see us this morning. They also sent a party over to bury a sniper we shot in the week. He was about a 100 yds from our trench. A few of our fellows went out and helped to bury him.
About 10.30 we had a short church parade the morning service etc. held in the trench. How we did sing. 'O come all ye faithful. And While shepherds watched their flocks by night' were the hymns we had. At present we are cooking our Christmas Dinner! so will finish this letter later.
Dinner is over! and well we enjoyed it. Our dinner party started off with fried bacon and dip-bread: followed by hot Xmas Pudding. I had a mascot in my piece. Next item on the menu was muscatels and almonds, oranges, bananas, chocolate etc followed by cocoa and smokes. You can guess we thought of the dinners at home. Just before dinner I had the pleasure of shaking hands with several Germans: a party of them came 1/2 way over to us so several of us went out to them. I exchanged one of my balaclavas for a hat. I've also got a button off one of their tunics. We also exchanged smokes etc. and had a decent chat. They say they won't fire tomorrow if we don't so I suppose we shall get a bit of a holiday—perhaps. After exchanging autographs and them wishing us a Happy New Year we departed and came back and had our dinner.
We can hardly believe that we've been firing at them for the last week or two—it all seems so strange. At present its freezing hard and everything is covered with ice…
There are plenty of huge shell holes in front of our trenches, also pieces of shrapnel to be found. I never expected to shake hands with Germans between the firing lines on Christmas Day and I don't suppose you thought of us doing so. So after a fashion we've enjoyed? our Christmas. Hoping you spend a happy time also George Boy as well. How we thought of England during the day. Kind regards to all the neighbours. With much love from Boy."

On 7 November 2006, singer Chris de Burgh paid £14,400 at Bonhams auction house for an original 10 page letter from an unknown British soldier that records events and incidents with the Germans on that night.
Here is an excerpt from this letter:
"This will be the most memorable Christmas I've ever spent or likely to spend: since about tea time yesterday I don't think theres been a shot fired on either side up to now. Last night turned a very clear frost moonlight night, so soon after dusk we had some decent fires going and had a few carols and songs. The Germans commenced by placing lights all along the edge of their trenches and coming over to us—wishing us a Happy Christmas etc.
They also gave us a few songs etc. so we had quite a social party. Several of them can speak English very well so we had a few conversations. Some of our chaps went to over to their lines. I think they've all come back bar one from 'E' Co. They no doubt kept him as a souvenir. In spite of our fires etc. it was terribly cold and a job to sleep between look out duties, which are two hours in every six.
First thing this morning it was very foggy. So we stood to arms a little longer than usual. A few of us that were lucky could go to Holy Communion early this morning. It was celebrated in a ruined farm about 500 yds behind us. I unfortunately couldn't go. There must be something in the spirit of Christmas as to day we are all on top of our trenches running about. Whereas other days we have to keep our heads well down. We had breakfast about 8.0 which went down alright especially some cocoa we made. We also had some of the post this morning.
I had a parcel from B. G's Lace Dept containing a sweater, smokes, under clothes etc. We also had a card from the Queen, which I am sending back to you to look after please. After breakfast we had a game of football at the back of our trenches! We've had a few Germans over to see us this morning. They also sent a party over to bury a sniper we shot in the week. He was about a 100 yds from our trench. A few of our fellows went out and helped to bury him.
About 10.30 we had a short church parade the morning service etc. held in the trench. How we did sing. 'O come all ye faithful. And While shepherds watched their flocks by night' were the hymns we had. At present we are cooking our Christmas Dinner! so will finish this letter later.
Dinner is over! and well we enjoyed it. Our dinner party started off with fried bacon and dip-bread: followed by hot Xmas Pudding. I had a mascot in my piece. Next item on the menu was muscatels and almonds, oranges, bananas, chocolate etc followed by cocoa and smokes. You can guess we thought of the dinners at home. Just before dinner I had the pleasure of shaking hands with several Germans: a party of them came 1/2 way over to us so several of us went out to them. I exchanged one of my balaclavas for a hat. I've also got a button off one of their tunics. We also exchanged smokes etc. and had a decent chat. They say they won't fire tomorrow if we don't so I suppose we shall get a bit of a holiday—perhaps. After exchanging autographs and them wishing us a Happy New Year we departed and came back and had our dinner.
We can hardly believe that we've been firing at them for the last week or two—it all seems so strange. At present its freezing hard and everything is covered with ice…
There are plenty of huge shell holes in front of our trenches, also pieces of shrapnel to be found. I never expected to shake hands with Germans between the firing lines on Christmas Day and I don't suppose you thought of us doing so. So after a fashion we've enjoyed? our Christmas. Hoping you spend a happy time also George Boy as well. How we thought of England during the day. Kind regards to all the neighbours. With much love from Boy."

The Tortoise( People) and the Obama Hare
Once upon a time there was a President(Obama) who, boasting how he could run faster than anyone else, was forever teasing the People for their slowness in agreeing with “His” mandates. Then one day, the irate People answered back: "Who do you think you are? There's no denying you're swift, but even you can be beaten!" The President squealed with laughter.
"Beaten in a race? By whom? Not you, surely! “I” bet there's nobody in the world that can win against “me,” “I'm” so speedy. Now, why don't you try?"
Annoyed by such bragging, the People accepted the challenge. A course was planned, and the Election of 2010 and 2012 at dawn they stood at the starting line. The President yawned sleepily as the meek People trudged slowly off. When the President saw how painfully slow his rival was, he decided, half asleep on his feet, to have a quick nap. "Take your time!" he said. "I'll have forty winks and catch up with you in a minute."
The President woke with a start from a fitful sleep and gazed round, looking for the People. But the creature was only a short distance away, having barely covered a third of the course. Breathing a sigh of relief, the President decided he might as well have breakfast too, and off he went to Copenhagen some caviar he had noticed in a nearby International country. But the heavy meal and the hot sun made his eyelids droop. With a careless glance at the People, now halfway along the course, he decided to have another snooze before flashing past the winning post. And smiling at the thought of the look on the People's face when it saw the President speed by, he fell fast asleep and was soon snoring happily. The sun started to sink, below the horizon, and the People, who had been plodding towards the winning post since morning, was scarcely a yard from the finish. At that very point, the President woke with a jolt. He could see the People a speck in the distance and away he dashed. He leapt and bounded at a great rate, his tongue lolling, and gasping for breath. Just a little more and he'd be first at the finish. But the President's last leap was just too late, for the People had beaten him to the winning post. Poor Obama Hare! Tired and in disgrace, he slumped down beside the People who was silently smiling at him.
"Slowly does it every time!" the People said.
The Election of 2010 is Just around the Corner we may have the lost this battle but we have not Lost the War. You will lose the House and The Senate. Obama Hare we will see you in 2012 and make sure you can no longer hurt this Country.

The Plan to Destroy America
What do the People Want?

50% of voters now believe that global warming is caused primarily by long-term planetary trends, a high for the year. Only 34% say climate change is due primarily to human activity, even as the UN summit tried to limit the human activity they blame for global warming.
Fifty-six percent (56%) of voters are now against the health care plan working its way through Congress, while just 40% support it. Perhaps more significantly, 46% now Strongly Oppose the plan, compared to 19% who Strongly Favor it.
Sixty-six percent (66%) of voters prefer a smaller government with fewer services and lower taxes over a more active government with more services and higher taxes.
The disconnect between what the public wants and what the government is doing is producing a strong anti-incumbent feeling among many voters.
Just 30% of voters say the country is heading in the right direction. This is the third straight week in a row at 30%, the lowest finding on this question since mid-February. The majority of voters (63%) continue to believe the nation is heading down the wrong track.
What is the Government doing?
On Health Care
When you analyze the health care bill the cost are set up on 10 years worth of Revenues and 6 years worth of cost and the tell you this is balanced? You have got to be kidding me!
Is the Health Care bill constitutional? You are being mandated to buy a service, health care insurance, and if you don't buy it you will be fined and/or thrown in Jail?
It will cost you more, you will have less, and if you don't have it you will be fined and/or jailed.
“Criminal penalties"
Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:
• Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
• Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.”
On Spending
It only took 5 1/2 months for Uncle Sam to run up another trillion dollars deeper into debt from September 2008 of $10 trillion to $11 trillion in March 2009, the fastest jump in U.S. history. The Obama administration's four year estimate shows by the end of 2012, the Debt will be around $16 trillion - which amounts to about 100% of the nations GDP for the year.
Zhu Min, deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China, said, according to ShanghaiDaily.com: “The United States cannot force foreign governments to increase their holdings of Treasuries. Double the holdings? It is definitely impossible. The US current account deficit is falling as residents’ savings increase, so its trade turnover is falling, which means the US is supplying fewer dollars to the rest of the world,” he added. “The world does not have so much money to buy more US Treasuries.”
If securities will NOT be bought from foreign markets your taxes are going up!
On Global Warming
The 1079 emails and 72 documents seem indeed evidence of a scandal involving most of the most prominent scientists pushing the man-made warming theory – a scandal that is one of the greatest in modern science.
So what does our Government do: President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton pledge $100B to third world countries to make them feel better?
$100B of Money we do not have?
Robbing from the Rich and give to the Poor with no real proof this is all our fault!

* Net job losses approach 1.9 million in 2012 and could approach 2.5 million by 2035. Manufacturing loses 1.4 million jobs in 2035;
* The annual cost of emissions permits to energy users will be at least $100 billion by 2012 and could exceed $390 billion by 2035;
* A typical family of four will pay, on average, an additional $829 each year for energy-based utility costs; and
* Gasoline prices will rise by 58 percent ($1.38 more per gallon) and average household electric rates will increase by 90 percent.

Thank God for Rednecks
You Might Be a Redneck....a different take
We have enjoyed the redneck jokes for years. It's time to take a reflective look at the core beliefs of a culture that values home, family, country and God. If I had to stand before a dozen terrorists who threaten my life, I'd choose a half dozen or so rednecks to back me up.. Tire irons, squirrel guns and grit -- that's what rednecks are made of. I hope I am one of those. If you feel the same, pass this on to your redneck friends. Ya'll know who ya'll are.

"Victory" was the password and "Or Death" was the response
Before Washington's crossing of the Delaware River at the Battle of Trenton in 1776, "Victory" was the password and "Or Death" was the response.
These are times that try men's souls; the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. - Thomas Paine Common Sense
On Christmas Day 1776 the troops assembled at the ferry landing and were given the password for the day, "Victory or Death". All of the men were gathered at the point of embarkment by 3:00 p.m. and the loading of the boats began at nightfall. Washington and a party of Virginia troops crossed over first to secure a landing site. The original plan called for the entire army to be disembarked on the New Jersey side of the Delaware by midnight, but it was not until 3:00 a.m. on December 26 that the army completed the crossing and it took another hour to get the troops organized for an attack. A hail and sleet storm had broken out early in the crossing, winds were strong and the river was full of ice floes. The treacherous weather conditions stopped General Ewing from even attempting his crossing. Colonel Cadwalader crossed a significant portion of his men to New Jersey, but when he found that he could not get his artillery across the river he recalled his men from New Jersey. When he received word about Washington's victory, he crossed his men over again but retreated when he found out that Washington had not stayed in New Jersey.
At 4:00 am, they began to march towards Trenton. Along the way, several civilians joined as volunteers, and led as guides because of their knowledge of the terrain. After marching 1.5 miles (2 km) through windy roads into the wind, they reached Bear Tavern where they turned right. The ground was slippery, but it was level, making it easier for the horses and artillery and they made better time. Many of the troops did not have boots, so they were forced to wear rags around their feet. Some of the men's feet bled, turning the snow to a dark red. Two men died on the trip.

In President Obama's speech to the West Point cadets and the nation describing "his" new plan on Afghanistan. There was nothing about Victory, but he knew when he was leaving. There was some reflecting on the past and a lot of "I's."
"I owed the American people -- and our troops -- no less. This review is now complete. And as Commander-in-Chief, I have determined that it is in our vital national interest to send an additional 30,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan. After 18 months, our troops will begin to come home." President Obama
Can you Imagine this is "unprecedented" He predicted the end is in 18 months. First time in History a Commander in Chief predicted the end before "he" engaged.
When George Washington led the troops in the battle of Trenton. Washington had only one thing in mind "Victory." The Battle of Trenton was in 1776, The Revolutionary War was from 1775-1783.
Can you imagine President Obama leading troops into battle like George Washington did; sword, musket pistol, musket rifle, ammunition, powder, know how to load it?, ride a horse, lead the charge with his troops?
I can't? If you can't imagine him doing that, then the American People need to ask themselves a question, Why?

After marching 1.5 miles (2 km) through windy roads into the wind, they reached Bear Tavern where they turned right. The ground was slippery, but it was level, making it easier for the horses and artillery and they made better time. In President Obama's speech to the West Point cadets and the nation describing "his" new plan on Afghanistan. There was nothing about Victory, but he knew when he was leaving. There was some reflecting on the past and a lot of "I's."

And as Commander-in-Chief, I have determined that it is in our vital national interest to send an additional 30,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan. After 18 months, our troops will begin to come home." Can you Imagine this is "unprecedented" He predicted the end is in 18 months. First time in History a Commander in Chief predicted the end before "he" engaged.
When George Washington led the troops in the battle of Trenton. Washington had only one thing in mind "Victory." The Battle of Trenton was in 1776, The Revolutionary War was from 1775-1783.
Can you imagine President Obama leading troops into battle like George Washington did; sword, musket pistol, musket rifle, ammunition, powder, know how to load it?, ride a horse, lead the charge with his troops?
I can't? If you can't imagine him doing that, then the American People need to ask themselves a question, Why?

Israel 's only chance to Survive is First Strike
At the beginning of the 1971 movie "Dirty Harry" there is a scene in it where Harry Callahan, played by Clint Eastwood has got the jump on criminal.
He is pointing his .44 Magnum the most powerful handgun in the world.
I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?"
Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself.
But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?
In an interview with Gretta Van Susteren John Bolton said " Israels only chance to survive a Nuclear holocaust is a preemptive Air Strike."
Russia has signed a contract to supply the powerful S-300 missiles to Iran, but has dragged its feet on delivering them.
The S-300 Air Defense system is capable of shooting down aircraft, cruise missiles and ballistic missile warheads at ranges of up to 95 miles and at altitudes of up to 90,000 feet.
Israel and the United States fear that Iran could use the missiles to protect its nuclear facilities and they have strongly urged Moscow not to supply the weapons. The issue has been the subject of intense diplomatic wrangling for years.
Once Iran has the S300 defense system it will be able to defend itself from any surprise attack by Israel.
"Israel must be wiped off the map". Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time". This threat has been repeated many times.
Iran has stalled negotiations for 8 years on it's nuclear capability and the time is near.
Sanctions have not worked nor will they.
Israel is faced with a dilemma:

Why can't we use the word "God" in Ameirca anymore?
The Founding Fathers believed that our rights as human beings come from God, not from the kind or the state. Thus, they rejected the notion that power came through the monarch to the people; but rather, directly from God.
The Declaration of Independence contains four references to God: as lawmaker, as Creator, as Supreme Judge, and as Protector. The Declaration of Independence represents both the genesis and heart of American liberty. Our rights come from our Creator, not the government, sovereign, or King.

The first ten amendments to the Constitution are known as the Bill of Rights. Amendment I begins: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
The language clearly prohibits the establishment of an official national religion, while at the same time protecting the observance of religion in both private and public spaces. In fact, two of the principal authors of the First Amendment, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, who were also our third and fourth presidents, respectively, both attended church services in the Capitol building, the most public of American spaces. During Jefferson's presidency, church services were also held in the Treasury building and the Supreme Court. Therefore, these Founding Fathers clearly saw no conflict in opposing the establishment of an official religion while protecting the freedom of religious expression in the public square.

A cross that was first erected in 1934 in the Mojave Desert Preserve by a group of veterans to commemorate fallen veterans is now being challenged by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Veterans say the white cross is meant to represent the Fallen Soldier Battle Cross, which consists of a rifle and bayonet that are a symbol intended to replicate the cross on the battlefield to honor those who died in battle. In 2002, Congress designated the cross as a “national memorial commemorating United States participation in World War I and honoring American veterans of that war.”
After a 17 year fight a judge eventually said the veterans memorial near San Diego is constitutional and can remain.
"When the cross is considered in the context of the larger memorial and especially the numerous other secular elements, the primary effect is patriotic and nationalistic, not religious," wrote U.S. District Judge Larry Alan Burns.
"The Court finds the memorial at Mt. Soledad, including its Latin cross, communicates the primarily non-religious messages of military service, death and sacrifice," he said.
“We heard from someone who attends these football games ... that the game last Friday was opened with a prayer and that they had seen this happen last season as well,” said Rebecca K. Glenberg, legal director for the Virginia ACLU. “The Supreme Court has made it quite clear that public high school football games cannot be opened with an official prayer.”
In Wichita, Kansas, a local newspaper ran an apology after referring to a "Christmas tree", rather than a "community tree" at the city's Winterfest celebration.
In Denver, a Christian church float was barred from the city's parade while Chinese lion dancers and German folk dancers were welcomed.
In parts of Florida, fir trees have been banned this year from government-owned property.
A mayor in Massachusetts issued a formal apology to anyone offended by a press release that mistakenly described the town of Somerville's holiday party as a "Christmas party".
Schools in Florida and New Jersey have banned all carols and elsewhere in
Washington state a school principal banned a production of A Christmas Carol mainly because Tiny Tim prays: "God bless us, every one."
In one New Jersey school district, where the singing of Christmas carols has long been abandoned, officials have this year forbidden children's orchestras to play songs such as Silent Night because that might remind people of their Christian content.

On her Christmas in Washington special on ABC last night, Oprah Winfrey asked President Obama to grade himself.
Remember, He is Grading Himself on how well “his” plan.
"Good, solid B-plus," the president said.
Explaining, he said, "we have inherited the biggest set of challenges of any president since Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
"We stabilized the economy, and prevented possibilities of a Great Depression or a significant financial meltdown. The economy is growing again.
Wall St is Growing Main Street is not, Unemployment is over 10% if you include the people who have stopped looking after a year it is 18%.
"We are on our way out of Iraq. I think we’ve got the best possible plan for Afghanistan.
We are still in Iraq and we have already announced we will begin to leave Afghanistan by June 2011?
"We have reset our image around the world.
We are the laughing stock of the world.
"We have achieved an international consensus around the need for Iran and North Korea to disable their nuclear weapons.
Iran and North Korea are thumbing their noses at us and doing whatever they want.
"And I think that we’re going to pass the most significant piece of social legislation since Social Security, and that’s health insurance for every American," he concluded.
Pressed by Oprah as to why only a B-plus, the president said, "B-plus because of the things that are undone. Health care is not yet signed. If I get health care passed we tip into A-minus."
Of course he couldn’t give himself an ‘A plus’ because of his amazing humility.

Obama created a “Shadow Government with 41 Czars. Considering that Czars only answer to Obama, are not Congressionally approved, plus have access to more then $1.7 Trillion, we should all be seriously concerned.
I’ll make our government open and transparent so that anyone can ensure that our business is the people’s business. He promised we would see the process on C-SPAN.

When there is a bill that ends up on my desk as President, you will have five days to look online and find out what’s in it before I sign it.
The Final Heath Care Bill for the House was not put on the Government website Pelosi said “it was to complicated.”
The second set of reforms I’ll make will eliminate the waste, fraud, and abuse in our government.
The Health Care bill will create 70 new government agencies or steps in your health care process. Increase the Deficit. Increase Health Care Cost.
Finally, the third set of reforms I will pursue are the updated, common-sense regulations of the financial market that I’ve been calling for since March; rules of the road that will make Wall Street fair, open, and honest; that will ensure a crisis like this can never happen again.
If the Government continues to create bills that are 2000+ pages that are unexplainable and impossible to enforce we are in for a long road.
Looks like a solid D or worse to me.

IRAN "The Next Problem to be dealt with"

The only “serious progress” we’re going to see down this road is serious progress towards an Iranian nuke and/or progress towards an Israeli attack on Iran - and that attack, it must be remembered, might end up nuclear if Israel feels it is the only way to insure itself against an Iranian nuke now and for at least a considerable time in the future. This weekend the riots in IRAN took center stage, despite the 30 people killed in prior riots, despite the threats from the ruling government, The people are shouting "death to the Dictator." So President Obama are you support the people who are putting their lives on the line, or are you going to "vote" present?
We are going to wake up one morning and turn on the radio and TV and hear that Israel has attacked all the facilities Iran is building for their Nuclear capability. I would not blame them one bit! All the UN and the US does is talk, while at the table Iran agrees with the talks, agree to another talk in the future. Iran goes back home, thumbs its nose at the world and does whatever it wants to do. They have done this for years!
Sooner or later something will be done! WE will do it on Israel's terms or Iran's terms whichever strikes first.

The only “serious progress” we’re going to see down this road is serious progress towards an Iranian nuke and/or progress towards an Israeli attack on Iran - and that attack, it must be remembered, might end up nuclear if Israel feels it is the only way to insure itself against an Iranian nuke now and for at least a considerable time in the future. This weekend the riots in IRAN took center stage, despite the 30 people killed in prior riots, despite the threats from the ruling government, The people are shouting "death to the Dictator." So President Obama are you support the people who are putting their lives on the line, or are you going to "vote" present?
We are going to wake up one morning and turn on the radio and TV and hear that Israel has attacked all the facilities Iran is building for their Nuclear capability. I would not blame them one bit! All the UN and the US does is talk, while at the table Iran agrees with the talks, agree to another talk in the future. Iran goes back home, thumbs its nose at the world and does whatever it wants to do. They have done this for years!
Sooner or later something will be done! WE will do it on Israel's terms or Iran's terms whichever strikes first.

It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Socialism,,,,Not Christmas
New pay restrictions were unveiled Friday for hundreds of top employees at the nation's biggest bailout recipients.
The Czar hath spoken:
Thou shalt not collect cash bonuses, thou shalt accept the halving of thy pay, thou shalt do penance.
The ruling, imposed by White House "pay czar,"Feinberg's actual title is "special master," Kenneth Feinberg, will impact 75 out of the 100 highest-paid employees at four companies - Citigroup (C, Fortune 500), AIG (AIG, Fortune 500), automaker General Motors as well as GMAC.
Here we have an unelected, appointed by the President pay czar limiting pay on a publicly traded company officers. I know they took some bail out money, but they are still publicly traded,Don't think for a minute this administration will stop here!
Never in my life did I think I would see a "Shadow" government directing the affairs of the United States of America. This government is taking over the control of the Banks, The Car companies, Health Care.
Feinberg's actual title is "special master," Does anybody else have a problem with these titles: "Czar" "Special master" I get the feeling I am back in Russia or England when we had "Masters" and "Subjects" the Kings and the others and we have a President who thinks he is a King and not an elected official , one who is trying to "rule" certainly not lead, and for sure he is not the "anointed one."
The craziest thing about this is we have elected officials that are either an accomplice or an accessory. An accomplice is a person who actively participates or An accessory is generally not present at the actual crime, and may be subject to lesser penalties than an accomplice. At any rate we have Congress and the Senate by their acts of omission they are almost as guilty.

Health Care Reform an OBAMANATION
If this REFORM had anything to do with controlling the COST of Health care it would tackle the meaningless law suits and the high cost of Mal-Practice Insurance and buying off the AMA.
If this was truly about providing health care to the 12 million uninsured that need the coverage just change the requirement for Medicaid and presto they would be covered.
If it were about cost it would tackle the sky-rocketing cost of pharmaceuticals, rather that demonizing the insurance companies and buying off PHARMA.
If 85% of Americans are satisfied with their Health Care why are we changing the entire system to satisfy the 12 million who are not covered.
This reform is all about CONTROL and has nothing to do with cost.
Below is a list of the tax increases Congress and the Administration have proposed to finance health care reform. This list includes taxes in the bill passed by the House of Representatives, the bill the Senate is currently debating, and other taxes mentioned as a possible way to pay for health care reform.
* An income surtax on taxpayers earning more than $500,000 a year,[1]
* An excise tax on high-cost "Cadillac" health insurance plans that cost more than $8,500 a year for individuals or $23,000 for families,[2]
* An excise tax on medical devices such as wheelchairs, breast pumps, and syringes used by diabetics for insulin injections,[3]
* A cap on the exclusion of employer-provided health insurance without offsetting tax cuts,[4]
* A limit on itemized deductions for taxpayers with a top income tax rate greater than 28 percent,[5]
* A windfall profits tax on health insurance companies,[6]
* A value-added tax, which would tax the value added to a product at each stage of production,[7]
* An increase in the Medicare portion of the payroll tax to 3.4 percent for incomes great than $200,000 a year ($250,000 for married filers),[8]
* An excise tax on sugar-sweetened beverages including non-diet soda and sports drinks,[9]
* Higher taxes on alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and spirits,[10]
* A tax on individuals without acceptable health care coverage of up to 2.5 percent of their adjusted gross income,[11]
* A limit on contributions to health savings accounts,[12]
* An 8 percent tax on all wages paid by employers that do not provide their employees health insurance that satisfies the requirements defined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services,[13]
* A limit on contributions to flexible spending arrangements,[14]
* Elimination of the deduction for expenses associated with Medicare Part D subsidies,[15]
* An increase in taxes on international businesses,[16]

Nobody at the Banks or in the Government Listens to You Anymore
In a CNN article the other day it said only about 4% of troubled borrowers have received long-term help under the Obama administration's foreclosure prevention program, Treasury officials said Thursday.
A nearly equal number of trial modifications have been denied permanent assistance, the report showed. The reasons include not making monthly payments on time, not submitting all the necessary paperwork and not qualifying for reasons such as insufficient income.
A friend of mine, we will call him "Jack" has contacted the banks on several occasions to try to get some relief from his situation. Jack had retired from a fortune 500 company. The economy was roaring when he retired, stock market 14,000, business was booming, life was good. Two years later the stock market had hit 6669, Trillions of dollars of net worth evaporated.
My friends nest egg was gone, not down a little, not that it will eventually comeback.
It disappeared! vaporized! vanished!
But he still had equity in 2 homes, neither home completely paid for.(that is a discussion for another time) he tried to get the equity out of the homes through home equity lines of credit. He was turned down, a year ago and a 1 year later the same thing is true. The banks are not lending. Banks were given money to keep them from failing, but that is where it stopped.
Foreclosures are at an all time high. 14% of homeowners are behind on their payments over 10% are in foreclosure and Banks are being told to help the people, but there are some stipulations. Have perfect credit, don't be behind on anything you owe and show that you don't need the help, but you really do need the help.
My friend Jack had never been late on anything in over 40 years, now, all of the sudden he was strapped. He lived off his 401K for a year, now that is gone, He has tried to get a job, yet unemployment is rising and is over 10%, more like 18% if you count the ones who have given up looking for the past year.
The equity in the real estate investments has dried up to nothing, no one is purchasing homes, due to the tightness in Lending and the requirements.
Another friend told me of a situation he was in with a bank: He had a rental property he was behind on, he contacted the bank and let then know he had someone who would rent the property for 2 years, they had just sold their home and wanted to move in next week, The owner was asking the bank for some assurance that if he rented to the tenant for 2 years could we roll the payments he was behind on to the end of the loan, get the payment in line with today's market and keep this house from going into foreclosure. The bank told him to submit his loan modification paperwork it would be reviewed in the next 90-120 days, but their was no guarantee the application would be approved.
So Mr. Bank let me get this straight:
I have a tenant who will move in next week, pay the market price $3000 a month for the rental property for two years. The bank will need to roll $10,000 to the end of the loan, adjust payment by $400 to be at market and do this for 2 years and keep the property from being foreclosed on:
And the banks response is tell the tenants to wait 90-120 days until the process of approval takes place, of which their is no guarantee it will be approved, to see if we can make that work.
My friend ask the bank: So you are telling me you will not expedite the process so I can give these people an answer, you would rather take back the house. There response submit the paperwork, wait on the process and we will see?
There is no logic to their thinking and reasoning. The banks have their money from the government and they are holding on to it!
Screw the little guy!
OK, go ahead but, the little guy will remember the banks and the government when the revolution starts.
You keep squeezing for the taxes, push people to their breaking point, force them do buy government health care or go to jail.
Tax everything health care covers now and that you the government are saying you are no longer going to cover, but your going to Tax it if you need it, like pace makers, and breast pumps, cancer drugs.
--Voters disapprove 52 – 38 percent of the health care reform proposal under consideration in Congress, and they disapprove 56 – 38 percent of President Obama’s handling of health care, down from 53 – 41 percent in a November 19 survey.
TAX me for the War.
Raise the Estate Tax.
When there are no jobs and the government is raising taxes everywhere you turn. This has got to stop. This is senseless!
OK, but my friend said, the little guy will remember the banks and the government when the revolution starts.

Barack Obama is not who you think he is!
For 20 years Barack Obama was a member of a Trinity United Church of Christ, one of the most radical “Afro-centric” churches in America, lead by Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
Rev. Wright is a self described Black Liberation theologian who, according to Obama, was his spiritual mentor.
Rev. Wright railed against the United States after the attacks of September 11th saying, “Not God bless America, God D*** America!”
Wright preached that 9/11 was God’s “payback” to the United States for “ignoring black concerns.”
Wright even said that HIV/AIDS (HIV / AIDS Victims 2) is a plot, orchestrated by the U.S. government, to kill blacks.
Obama initially defended Wright, but then resigned from the church only after Wright’s radical views became a political liability.
Black Liberation theology is from the 1970s and is based upon Marxism, socialism and class warfare. Although discredited decades ago, it still lives on at Obama’s home church.
Obama affirms Muslim Prayers
In a New York Times interview in 2007, entitled Obama, A man of the World, Obama fondly recalled the Islamic evening call to prayer as “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.”
Mohammad denied that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Marxism, socialism, and class warfare are the Barack Obama agenda.
After sitting in a church for over 20 years and never hearing anything that was said, which I cannot believe a word of it.
On June 11th, 2008, Libyan leader Mu’ammar Al-Qadhafi was videotaped and broadcast on Al-Jazeera TV at a gathering as he referred to: “A black citizen of Kenyan African origins, a Muslim who studied in an Islamic school in Indonesia. His name is Obama.
May 6, 2009 the National Day of prayer, established in 1952 by Harry Truman, has been a tradition for American presidents to meet with spiritual leaders and pray for our country the White House usually recognized the National Day of Prayer with a service in the East Room, but this year, President Obama decided not to attend. Why would not the leader of America meet and pray with other spiritual leaders to pray for our nation.
Maybe he is not a spiritual leader? Puzzling isn’t it?
On September 5th, 2008, in an ABC television network on-air conversation with former Clinton advisor turned political pundit, George Stephanopoulos, Obama uttered the line, “You’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith.” Stephanopoulos quickly saved Obama from political disaster by reminding him that he meant to say his “Christian” faith.
Now come on, the one time he does not have a teleprompter and speaks from the heart he gets caught telling his true feelings.
April 16, 2009 At a speech at Georgetown University: The White house asked Georgetown to cover a monogram symbolizing Jesus’ name in Gaston Hall, which Obama used for his speech, according to CNN news, the gold ”IHS” monogram inscribed on a pediment in the hall was covered by a piece of black painted plywood.
I cannot imagine the gall of such an administration led by Obama.
April 6, 2009 "One of the great strengths of the United States," the President said, "is ... we have a very large Christian population -- we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values."
In a 2004 interview with Cathleen Falsani, Obama said, “I believe that there are many paths to the same place.” Obama also said, “All people of faith—Christians, Jews, Muslims, animists, everyone knows the same God.”
But Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Nowhere in the Bible is there a reference to Obama’s “many paths.”
In a recent speech Obama distinguished himself from those who believe in the authority of the Bible. “Now this is going to be difficult for some who believe the Bible is without error, as many evangelicals do.” Obama went on to disparage and denigrate the scriptures.
Barack Obama is a supporter of special privileges for homosexuals, a stand that flies in the face of the Bible on homosexual sodomy.
Obama lavished praise on his controversial former pastor and mentor, Jeremiah Wright, for being “very good on gay and lesbian issues.” Obama’s former church, Trinity United Church of Christ voted recently to approve of homosexual marriage.
Obama dismisses the clear teachings in Romans 1 that calls homosexual acts “indecent” and “perverse.” Obama is looking into changing the Federal Defense of Marriage Act and promised to reverse the “don’t ask, don’t tell policy regarding homosexuality in the US military.
Throughout the history of the church, Christians have opposed abortion because they believe that life begins at conception. Abortion is as an attack on the innocent human life of a baby who is made in the image of God.
In the appearance with Rick Warren, when asked about when does life begin? His response was “That is above my pay grade,” which is the same as voting present.
On four separate occasions Obama has voted against bills that prevented the killing of infants that are born alive, having survived an attempted abortion.
Does this sound like a Christian to you?
I believe he is a Muslim, Marxist, with a Socialist Agenda systematically destroying our culture and we are letting him do it.

Rev. Wright is a self described Black Liberation theologian who, according to Obama, was his spiritual mentor.
Rev. Wright railed against the United States after the attacks of September 11th saying, “Not God bless America, God D*** America!”
Wright preached that 9/11 was God’s “payback” to the United States for “ignoring black concerns.”
Wright even said that HIV/AIDS (HIV / AIDS Victims 2) is a plot, orchestrated by the U.S. government, to kill blacks.
Obama initially defended Wright, but then resigned from the church only after Wright’s radical views became a political liability.
Black Liberation theology is from the 1970s and is based upon Marxism, socialism and class warfare. Although discredited decades ago, it still lives on at Obama’s home church.

May 6, 2009 the National Day of prayer, established in 1952 by Harry Truman, has been a tradition for American presidents to meet with spiritual leaders and pray for our country the White House usually recognized the National Day of Prayer with a service in the East Room, but this year, President Obama decided not to attend. Why would not the leader of America meet and pray with other spiritual leaders to pray for our nation.

April 16, 2009 At a speech at Georgetown University: The White house asked Georgetown to cover a monogram symbolizing Jesus’ name in Gaston Hall, which Obama used for his speech, according to CNN news, the gold ”IHS” monogram inscribed on a pediment in the hall was covered by a piece of black painted plywood.
I cannot imagine the gall of such an administration led by Obama.

In a 2004 interview with Cathleen Falsani, Obama said, “I believe that there are many paths to the same place.” Obama also said, “All people of faith—Christians, Jews, Muslims, animists, everyone knows the same God.”
But Jesus said in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” Nowhere in the Bible is there a reference to Obama’s “many paths.”
In a recent speech Obama distinguished himself from those who believe in the authority of the Bible. “Now this is going to be difficult for some who believe the Bible is without error, as many evangelicals do.” Obama went on to disparage and denigrate the scriptures.
Barack Obama is a supporter of special privileges for homosexuals, a stand that flies in the face of the Bible on homosexual sodomy.
Obama lavished praise on his controversial former pastor and mentor, Jeremiah Wright, for being “very good on gay and lesbian issues.” Obama’s former church, Trinity United Church of Christ voted recently to approve of homosexual marriage.
Obama dismisses the clear teachings in Romans 1 that calls homosexual acts “indecent” and “perverse.” Obama is looking into changing the Federal Defense of Marriage Act and promised to reverse the “don’t ask, don’t tell policy regarding homosexuality in the US military.
Throughout the history of the church, Christians have opposed abortion because they believe that life begins at conception. Abortion is as an attack on the innocent human life of a baby who is made in the image of God.
In the appearance with Rick Warren, when asked about when does life begin? His response was “That is above my pay grade,” which is the same as voting present.
On four separate occasions Obama has voted against bills that prevented the killing of infants that are born alive, having survived an attempted abortion.
Does this sound like a Christian to you?
I believe he is a Muslim, Marxist, with a Socialist Agenda systematically destroying our culture and we are letting him do it.

Some of it will be political, some opinion, some religious, some whatever. I promise you sometimes it will be entertaining, sometimes humorous, some times will cause you to think and sometimes will make you down right mad. If you don’t agree with me Get over it! What ever way it hits you, I hope it will stir your conscience, I hope it will call you to action, I hope it will cause you have an intellectual stimulus experience. A little bit about me. I believe in freedom and it was given to me by God. I believe in God, I believe in the Trinity, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I believe God sent his Son to die for me and that I am a sinner. I believe in Prayer. I believe I am saved by the Grace of God. I believe in Baptism for the remission of Sins. I believe in the sanctity of Life and it begins at conception. I believe the United States of America was and is a Godly nation and the principles by which our government was founded are religious and Godly based. I believe all men are created equal. I believe that I am endowed by my Creator with certain unalienable rights Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and the government only has the power that me as a citizen gives them. With that freedom also comes responsibility. I believe the government derives its powers from the governed. My opinion counts as with all other Americans and the government rules as we have outlined in the Constitution – No more No Less. I believe in limited government. I believe in a strong military. I believe in my right to bear arms under the constitution and any attempt to disarm the American citizen is by its very nature a treasonous act.
I live by my principles and they direct my decisions.

Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan killed 14 wounding 39. The reason I say there is 14 one woman was pregnant.
Major Nidal Malik Hasan, shouted “Allahu Akbar!” — “God is great!” in Arabic — before opening fire. This is the same phrase the terrorist who flew the planes into the World Trade Center used on 9/11.

imam Anwar al-Awlaki said Hasan first e-mailed him in December 2008. Eventually, al-Awlaki said, Hasan came to view him as a confidant.
Al-Awlaki also denounced Muslims who condemned the attack. “They say American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan should be killed,” the imam argued, “so how can they say the American soldier should not be killed at the moment they are going to Iraq and Afghanistan?”
In 2001, Anwar Aulaqi was an imam, or spiritual leader, at the Washington-area mosque. Aulaqi told the FBI in 2001 that, before he moved to Virginia in early 2001, he met with 9/11 hijacker Nawaf al-Hazmi several times in San Diego. Al-Hazmi was at the time living with Khalid al-Mihdhar, another hijacker. Al-Hazmi and another hijacker, Hani Hanjour, attended the Dar al Hijrah mosque in Virginia in early April 2001. Maj. Malik Nadal Hasan attended the same mosque and had ties there.
“Hasan told Awlaki he couldn’t wait to join him in the discussions they would have over non-alcoholic wine in the afterlife,” ABC quoted the official as saying.
18 e-mails were exchanged between Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki, who encouraged Muslims to kill U.S. troops in Iraq, from Dec. 2008 until June of this year.
Hasan — with an annual salary around $92,000 — also wrote, “My strength is my financial capabilities,” the source said. Investigators have found the Army major donated as much as $30,000 per year to Islamic “charities.” American authorities have found several such charities to be conduits to terrorist networks.
Several colleagues and acquaintances of Hasan now say they had concerns about him in the past. Americans think the main reason these people kept silent was political correctness:
This year, a person by the name Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, 23, shot two members of the U.S. military at the Army-Navy Career Center in a shopping center in West Little Rock, Arkansas. One of them was killed. In cyberspace jihadi threats against U.S. military serving in the homeland and against American cities has been ongoing. Information collected by authorities, including from suspects and indicted individuals has shown a pattern by the jihadists (militants or propagandists) indicating their intentions to strike at military and security installations.
We are told again and again by “experts” and “talking heads” that Islam
is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to
live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is
entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel
better and meant to somehow diminish the spectra of terrorist rampaging across
the globe in the name of Islam.

In the wake of the deadliest mass shooting at a U.S. base, President Obama on Friday cautioned against jumping to conclusions on the motive of the suspect.
“We don’t know all the answers yet and I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts,” Obama said in the Rose Garden of the White House.
Did we Jump to conclusions? I don’t think so, But Mr President you sure do! Here is a little reminder:
Here is what we know. On July 16th, Professor Gates, an African- American came home from China to find his door jammed. A neighbor sees Gates and another man trying to open the door, suspects a break-in, and calls police.
Police rush to the home and Professor Gates gets into a confrontation with the officers, accusing them of racial profiling. The professor ends up being arrested for disorderly conduct. And two nights ago President Obama said the police acted stupidly when the arrested the professor.
With the Fort Hood Incident we have Eye witnesses seeing the shooter open fire,

Their ages are between 17 and 39.
They practice the Islam faith and they are extremist.
One thing for sure all Muslims are not terrorist but all the Terrorists’ have been Muslims.
I don’t think anyone is jumping to conclusions the facts are what they are!

The commercial was intended to make us all think about the experience level and the seriousness of decisions that need to be made at the split second, When the Rockets have been launched and are on their way and the first strike will hit American Soil in 20 minutes, Who do you want answering that call?
Fast forward one year later:
Obama has been president for 11 months. While he was running for President he campaigned on Afghanistan being the “Just war.” That is where Al Qaeda and Taliban strongholds are and is and that is where we need to put our efforts.
President Hamid Karzai was the president of Afghanistan a year ago and after an election is still the president, so, through the ebb and flow of politics the leadership is still the same in Afghanistan. It as corrupt then and is corrupt now.
June 15th, 2009 General Stanley McChrystal takes over in Afghanistan.
Aug 30th 2009 In a 66 page report Gen. McChrystal Wants Up to 40,000 More Troops in Afghanistan. . McChrystal has asked the president for about 40,000 troops, arguing that a robust but temporary surge was the best way to end the war. “Failure to gain the initiative and reverse insurgent momentum in the near-term (next 12 months) — while Afghan security capacity matures — risks an outcome where defeating the insurgency is no longer possible.”
The president and his top military and national security advisers have held 10 meetings to discuss future U.S. steps in Afghanistan.
December 1st, 2009 Obama will announce his decision on Afghanistan request at a Photo Op Speech at West Point.
93 Days to make a Decision?
We are hearing through leaks from an unidentified party that it will be between 32,000 and 35,000 troops and they will be phased in over the next year.
So let me get this straight Mr. President:
You appointed General McChrystal to take over the War in Afghanistan in June. He evaluates the situation and makes a request in August; you don’t talk to him for weeks leading up to his request to check on the status of the war.
You have 10 meetings with your security advisors rethinking your strategy – code for “how do I get out of this one?” I believe they call this dithering – a state of indecision.
You give him less troops then he asked for, McChrystal says the battle is crucial in the next 12 months, 3 months have passed, deaths are increasing. Surge troops will be phased in over the next year.
(hypothetically) McChrystal thinking: ask for 40K get 35K ,ask for them now get them over the next year, 3 months into 12 month plan, so I am 3 months behind, so my battle is crucial did not mean anything? So I have to carry out this battle in a shorter time line with less troops? Now I am in a deeper hole? Does not look good!
In the mean time we have in October 59 soldiers killed in Afghanistan, deadliest month so far.
Since Aug 30th 116 soldiers have been killed.

America, If a 3:00 AM call is made and all he knows is the missiles have been launched, he has no teleprompter, no news conference, No one else to consult with and we need a decision and we need it now! America, We are dead!
Trials for Terrorist in NYC will Hurt America and Obama Knows it!
Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to try 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Muhammad in a downtown Manhattan civilian trial is proof that Obama does not respect the US families who lost their lives in the most horrific terrorist attract in history. I believe it also proves Obama is a Muslim sympathizer. KSM and the other killers will have free reign during the trial to spew their Muslim extremest hatred of America to the world. This will do nothing but continue to disarm America in the eyes of all of our enemies and highlight Obama’s continuous effort make us venerable to another attack. This is just a continuation of the insults Obama has given in all of his overseas journeys so far as he apologizes for America?
Obama has given aid and words of comfort to Islamic terrorist organizations.
Now you hear Obama hiding behind Holders decisions, saying he was not consulted, but once they are found guilty people will agree with Holder’s decision. So Mr President who is in charge, certainly not you!
According to Tim Brown, an organizer of the 9/11 we will never forget coalition, the terrorist should be tried in a military court.
“We believe that these terrorists are war criminals who don’t deserve the rights that the U.S. Constitution grants them in a civilian court,” Brown said. “We’re going to give them a stage and a megaphone — all the publicity that they desire.”
Brown said even if Mohammed and the terrorist suspects were given the death penalty, the criminal trial would have already allowed them to voice their hatred, inspire more terrorists and die as martyrs.
President Barack Obama’s administration is about to put America and the CIA on trial under the pretense of trying terrorist for their part in the Sept. 11 attacks, again proving liberals can’t be trusted with our national security. The CIA will be on trial, the very ones who have risk their lives to protect us will no longer put their lives at risk.
The democratic administration is apparently doing everything possible to weaken the CIA. Leon Panetta wake up and stand up for your people!
The enemies of America will have direct access to everything during the entire discovery and defense process.

Was it based on an informant’s tip? If so, we’ll need the guy’s name and address please, to be turned over to KSM’s lawyers, who solemnly swear it will be used only for purely legal purposes, says Glenn Garvin of the Miami Herald.

Probably 90 percent of what goes on in criminal trials today has to do not with establishing factual guilt or innocence, but with admissibility of evidence — that is, suppressing defendants’ smoking guns in order to penalize the system, or its soldiers.
Unless Holder and Obama have a crystal ball, they cannot predict how the judge will rule on evidentiary or constitutional issues. In fact, a former CIA official was sure that the defense attorneys will try to change the focus of the trial from KSM’s atrocities to his confession coerced by the harsh interrogation techniques. He and others interviewed used the phrase “the fruit of the poisonous tree,” referring to the doctrine whereby some evidence may be declared inadmissible. He further declared that “I am worried about a civilian judge because if that confession is thrown out the rest of the evidence will be as well. Will the judge allow this nonsense into the courtroom?” says Elise Cooper.

Each president recites the following oath, in accordance with Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
The constitution is being violated by applying US Law to Enemies captured on the battle field.
This administration is criminalizing the war. They are making America unsafe.
American hero’s are the policeman, fireman, and civil servants that died on 9/11. Nearly 3000 civilians, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters that got up like any other day went to work and never saw their families again. I remember the day like it was yesterday,clear, sunshine little brisk coolness in the day and at 8:46 AM the first Flight hit the World Trade Center. A Day of Terror we will never forget. That is the Day the War on Terror began. It cannot be stopped by being afraid to say Terror or Terrorist or Islamic Jihad, or Muslim Terrorist You cannot eliminate that from Americas vocabulary.
I challenge Eric Holder and President Obama have a meeting with the families of all the victims of 9/11 at the site of the World Trade Center collapse and explain to the families face to face why this trial in NYC is a good idea! NO TELEPROMPTERS ALLOWED. Speak from your Heart as an American.
This is bad for New York City and bad for America.
